Why is it that new customers always get the great new plans with better pricing? Why do us long time customers not get the same offer or even better since we have been loyal to Sprint for a good period of time? It seems as though we arent as importantant once Sprint strung us in. I have had issues with my account since last September (9 months now). I have tried uncountable times calling, going to store locations and talking to countless service reps and managers. Not to mention the countless time I have spent doing so. Still..... it hasnt been resolved! Not to mention I have been paying double my normal amount during this time or Sprint threatens to shut off my phones! The reason my monthly bill is so high (doubled) is because one of their store managers assured me that my bill would be considerably lower if I got this new phone that included a free one as well with a new line. I told her repeatedly that I didnt need another line. She kept assuring me that my monthly bill would then be cheaper by doing this and said just dont use the extra phone and I would save money! I was there for over 4 hrs while she was trying to make this work in the system. Needless to say...I am stuck with this useless extra phone and the extra phone line I am also paying for and my monthly bill is twice as high as before when all was trying to do was go into that store just to try and get my bill cost a little cheaper. I feel abused by this company. I have been trying for almost a year to get this taken care of and I cant seem to get past the supervisors/managers on duty. Then they say theres no one in a higher rank to speak to. Bull crud! By the way, this was at another New Braunfels store location and not at Creekside Way.

Absolutely nothing. Went in with my mother, with an add and had some simple questions we were told the add was false and when we asked why we were told rudely by Joshua Morales (whom was not even helping us at the time) that what they say simply trumps whatever is advertised. Again just asking for clarification as to why that was he said he was basically big man of the store so whatever he said went. He then proceeded to raise his voice and lie about being out of business cards and stated "call whoever you want nothing will happen to me" but when we decided to leave magically his business card appeared and he clapped as we left the store. This store was the most unbusiness-like with employees wearing random shirts and baggy shorts. We then went to a different location that informed us that we were again lied to about the add and it was completely true and this location is a known "party" store. Would never recommend this location.

Went to the store with a problem that has been going on for some time with my phone. Spoke with Joshua M who fixed the problem with a few clicks. Tested the fix to make sure it worked. Being a senior citizen I sometimes have time have a hard time understanding newer technology. Every time I go to this store I try and get Joshua to help me. He speaks slow enough for me to understand what he is doing and does not treat me like an idiot. I appreciate him and the people that work with him. If you want help, need a new phone or just trying to understand the technology, this is the store for you. Thanks Joshua.

Zachary Jordan was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in getting me set up as a new Sprint customer. His attitude and personality made this whole experience enjoyable. I was referred by a friend and will definitely do the same. He is definitely an asset to this store. Thank you young man, youwill go far in life so long as you keep this same attitude and pride in what you do.

I am still waiting on some kind of compensation for an employee misleading me into a deal that didnt exist. I have spoken to everybody in the store about it and have spoken to customer support multiple times. It has been 6 months now. Will update if things change

I went to sprint to switch from verizon and the guy that helped me out was really knowledgeable and nice. His name was Jordan. I felt like i was welcomed and he was willing to help me. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Went here to pay a bill and get a new s8 phone was told buy the guy working there while he was playing a card game on his phone that i should just go to a different store i wouldnt recommend goin to this location

I went in to look at an Ipad but nothing in stock and no demos. Store is sparse and everything I asked for needed to be "ordered" which I can do on my own. Try Best Buy instead which is just across the street.

Today Purchased IPhone 7. Customer Service was excellent. A man named Jordan was very nice and helped answer all our question.

This isnt a corporate store therefore there ability to help with customer service issues is very limited.
