Honestly, I cannot believe how horribly this store has treated us. I dont even have the energy to go into the full story right now since weve been dealing with a specific issue for 8 months now (not including other bumps weve run into along the way), but basically, I turned in my iPhone 6 as a part of the promo they were doing (which by the way, we were initially SORELY misinformed about by a sales rep who made all sorts of false promises). Thankfully, I kept the receipt because a few months later they were claiming we hadnt turned the phone in and werent crediting our account the amount owed for the trade in. I took the receipt in and kept a picture of it on my phone and they said they would resolve it... yeah... last month, we made the decision to switch to Verizon in light of all the issues wed been having with customer service and cellular service. Before doing this, my husband went and spoke to an AT&T rep, Brittany, who assured him that we could still get the credit from the traded-in IPhone 6 after porting our numbers over to Verizon in the form of a MasterCard or something of that nature. So, we went ahead with the switch and have been super pleased with our new service. Today, we wanted to check in on the issue with my old AT&T phone to see if the case had been resolved or not, and I was astounded (though I guess I shouldnt be anymore) at the incredibly inconsiderate customer service we received. We were lied to and told this issue could not be resolved since we had no account to credit to -- we were told this by Alex and also told by her that the manager, Mashira Boyd, could not take even a moment of time to speak with us personally. After considering what else we could do to resolve this, we were about to call the police to file an official report, but decided to call into AT&T customer service ourselves before doing that. On this call, we were informed by a rep who spoke to his manager and let us know that we would be getting a refund to the card on file in 3-5 business days. Absolutely ridiculous. Thank you Roy. No thank you, New Braunfels AT&T store. I will never again purchase or support AT&T unless I am convinced that I will never again be mistreated like this.

WASTED GAS AND MONEY. Should change their hours online. Oct 19, Monday at 8:10pm, arriving at AT&T I found out they close at 8:00pm. I stood outside to get the attention of a sales associate to notify them. Looking and feeling stupid. No one would come because they were busy with their customers. Only way I talked to someone was when one of the customers left and I told the retails sales associate lady on that night shift with 5 chubby chick with black hair in a pony tail and glasses. I let her know and she gave me a dead tone "I dont give a damn attitude." Yeah we close at 8:00pm thats what the door says. Weve been telling them to change it. I notified her that Ive called 5 times before hand at the store. Couldnt anyone there give me one minute of their time? Sorry, were busy. I understand you want to go home, but the job isnt dont until you attempt to help ALL the customers. Like a surgeon who needs to complete their surgery. Her carelessness and degenerative attitude made me feel unappreciative as a person. I dont give a damn about her job title. Material assets cant be brought with you when you die. Were all the same on the inside. I just want respect. I left cursing the entire staff in my head. The staff needs an attitude adjustment.

Went to see how much a bundle package would be. After about 2-2 1/2 hrs I finally came to an agreement. The rep told me my phone, Internet, and direct TV would be " no more than 140.00 a month." Lies. My first bill was 203.00, my second was 244.00, and now I sit at 367.00 for my 3rd bill. The installation rep texted....not called, me the Saturday he was supposed to install my direct tv. He said he hurt his foot and could not make it to install it that day. And I would have to wait 10 more days till they could do it. Lies. The store rep told me that they would call and cancel so they, direct tv, could get the credit for the sale. Also, the store rep told me he spoke with the install guy and he did come into work that day without a hurt foot. Att rep said my phone would only cost 4 dollars more a month. Lies. My phone ended up costing 73.00 more a month. I think they keep you in the store and just BS with you until youve been there so long youll agree to anything so you can leave. I wish I would have stayed with Dish Network. I never had a problem with them. I simply thought Id be saving 100$ a month because thats what the Att rep quoted. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

This was honestly one of the worst experiences Ive had. I had gone in with my friend, because I was interested in getting a plan with them. When we walked up to the store, there was 4 to 5 people just hanging around by the door laughing and having their own conversations and being rude.. They had opened the door, but no one had even bothered to say hi. Upon walking into the store, it was more of the reps just standing around looking at us, not saying hello, almost looking as if they were annoyed we had walked in. Instead of them walking up to us and offering help, they stood around and waited for us to walk to them. When we went to a rep, he said, "Hey, what do you want?" No hello, didnt introduce himself, didnt shake our hands. He wasnt helpful when I had asked questions. Very short. When we left, all the people crowded around the door just stared at us some more. No one said goodbye; nothing. This is not a place Ill visit again. And neither should anyone else.

Avoid the ATT store in creekside. For the last 3 months my mom has been staying here in Texas to help watch my kids because my wife and newborn son were hospitalized. She had a phone stop working after 5 years. She then went to this ATT location to buy a new one. She paid almost 1k cash for a new phone. The same day she notices that the screen is scratched. ATT told her she can not replace it without the original box she accidentally left in my truck. My truck is now with me 60 miles away at the hospital everyone was transferred to. As soon as I get a little breathing room (4 days later) I bring the box back. Now they refused to swap the phone because it was not same day although the policy states 14 days. We explained the entire situation but they still refused to cooperate. Key take away here is their word means nothing. They refuse to operate on a human level and dont deserve the business.

Ive had nothing but bad experiences with this store, from the sleazy car sales guy that sold my wife her iPhone who, when asked, said that the iphone 7+ had "4k Resolution", to them claiming we didnt trade in a phone (which we have receipt proof of) and not crediting our account. I dont think Ive been treated this poorly as a customer by any other organization, and it astounds me that I wasted so much of my personal time to resolve issues that the staff and the manager were to lazy to address within the proper channels. If Mashira Boyd is still the manager at this store, do yourself a favor and go two doors down to Verizon, and get treated like you should when you give thousands of dollars to an organization. I will never do business with At&t again, and I would encourage you to do the same.
