I recently had the FLU almost bad enough to get hospitalized. I had a fever of 104 degrees and came to this pharmacy to pick up some of my medications. THEY FORGOT TO PUT A LID ON MY LIQUID MEDS SO WHEN I OPENED THE PAPER BAG THEY SPILLED EVERYWHERE. I told the manager of the pharmacy HEATHER BAGGS it was their fault and she went BERSERK. So, DOUCHE BAGGS would not stop yelling at me and I asked her why she was being so rude and prideful because apparently Heather "douche" baggs doesnt mess up she said. She told me that the entire staff had a hand in packaging my meds so this leads me to believe that they purposefully did this. The lady is pure evil. Wish I could rate this zero stars. Please do not go here even if the world is on fire. I cant believe she would do that to a severely ill patient... Definitely does not give a crap about people or her job. Currently in the worst pain of my life and my meds are stained into my clothes. She is literally Satan incarnate.

I spent hours creating a photo book for my sister who was moving across country. I wanted to present it to her at her going away party, after which we would not be seeing her again before the move. The photo book was ready by 11am the next day, as specified. My dad went to pick it up, but didnt know exactly what he was getting (it was supposed to be a surprise for all). When he got home with it I was HORRIFIED. There was no photo book~! They had printed out the pages (uncropped) and put them in an envelope and sold them to him! No binding, nothing~! When I called to complain they were uninterested and said I could come back and have it bound! I was supposed to give it to my sister within the hour! There was no way to drive the 30 minutes back to the location and get it bound. I will NEVER get any photos or other gifts here EVER AGAIN.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! My usual pharmacy was out of my childrens medication and this location was the only location that had it available. The prescription was transferred over at 5:00 p.m., I called to confirm and was told by a staff member it would be ready for pick up at 6 p.m. When I arrived at the pharmacy counter at 6:30 p.m. I was told it was never printed out and it would be 30 minutes. I asked to speak to the pharmacist to see if it could be done sooner and he was INCREDIBY rude! He took the full 30 minutes even though it was not busy. On top of that he handed me the medication and just walked off failing to go over any directions!!! I had to call my other pharmacy for storage and dosing information. Ridiculous!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I FILL AT THIS LOCATION!!!

This is poorly run pharmacy arrive to pick prescription sent by doctor. I was told the medication was out of stock and clerk just walked away. The doctor gave some off self alternatives and when inquired about the location I was told to look for it down the aisle. This happened 4 times until I insisted someone help me. It was easy enough for them to find and only took a minute, why not just help the first time? Not fun when you are sick and from out of town.!!

Rudest pharmacist ever. I asked for help with a new meter and he just said I should call the number, then offered to call for me. Once we figured out the issue, he made a huge show of huffing about what a waste of time it was. I was stressed and frustrated because of not being able to test and he made it so much worse. The pharmacy wasnt even busy and it took less than 5 minutes.

This CVS pharmacy is unhelpful and the turnover rate is high. I get monthly meds and there is always someone new. The pharmacy told me that they didnt have the medication, didnt offer to order it, and sent me to another CVS without even checking to see if they had it. I drove across town to find out that location didnt have it either. Not happy

I do not recomend anyone going to this pharmacy. Every time i get my prescription through workers comp this pharmacy tries to charge me, we tell them its workers comp and they say they didnt know.. How is this possible the dr sends it as workers comp.. Are you not reading it or are you just trying to get more money??

Dont go here, seriously. They charged me 80.00 for a prescription that costs 10.00 at HEB because I needed an RX BIN number. Ive NEVER been asked for this information at any other pharmacy. Take your business elsewhere.

Dropped prescription was told 35 minutes. As of now has been 75 minutes and was told 20 min ago it was almost ready. Figures what a sorry excuse for customer service

Sign out front advertised coca cola 3 for 10 dollars, sign inside said 2 for 10! "Oh, we should have changed the sign." DUH! Thanks for lying me into the store.
