The manager lady in Service & Tires needs to be evaluated. I came here for an estimate, and she flat out denied me of tire tread wear warranty, without looking at my tires or my paperwork. She said they only replaced tires if its a blowout or defect. Dont let them fool you! Its a shame they pick and choose what to work on. Go to another Walmart. "This warranty protects the original purchaser from premature tire wear by providing a pro-rata replacement if the tread wears out before reaching the warranted mileage based on your Walmart invoice. The original tread will be considered to be worn down when there are 2/32nds of an inch (1.6 mm) of tread remaining. If a tire does not reach the warranted mileage prior to becoming worn down to 2/32nds of an inch of tread, and you have complied with the terms and conditions of the warranty, Walmart will replace the tires as described under “HOW REPLACEMENT CHARGES ARE CALCULATED.” Tires that wear out before achieving the warranted mileage will be replaced on a pro rata basis ONLY IF: You are the original purchaser of the tires, you own the vehicle on which they were originally installed, and the tires have been used only on that vehicle; At the time of the adjustment claim, the original tire installation record and the original invoice for purchase of the tires are presented to your local Walmart. The tires have not become unserviceable due to a condition listed under WHAT IS NOT COVERED. 2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED This warranty DOES NOT COVER tires that have become unserviceable due to: Road hazard injury (e.g., cut, snag, impact damage or puncture); Improper repair; Misapplication, racing, under-inflation, over-inflation, or other abuse; Uneven or rapid wear caused by mechanical irregularity in the vehicle such as wheel misalignment; Accident, fire, chemical corrosion, tire alteration or vandalism; Flat spotting caused by improper storage, or brakelock; or Cosmetic ozone or weather cracking."

I went yesterday to this Walmart next to the McAllen public library. I visit the grocery section. I was not impressed. I am a big fruit guy and went to get some dried fruit. What a coincidence because i picked up the great value brand dried apples and they were expired as of jan 16, the canned fuji apple was expired as of a month ago. I also also wanted to point out to someone the prices are wrong or the grocery items are not were they are suppose to be. When i got my receipt i notice the price on checkout was different than the one tagged on the shelf. The K Cup coffee selection is horrible not much available. Needs some improvements.. pls quality check the food.

Horrible experience, had the service guy try to sell me a batted 50$ over the price, little did they know I already checked. Then wanted to charge me extra for not having the battery when I had the battery right there. Poor integrity of the employees and their managers. I can only imagine if I went along with it what would of happened. And apparently the managers didnt have a problem with it. Sure enough I went to another Walmart and they charged the right amount. Its horrible how they try to take advantage of customers who may not know. Plus he tried to sell me a battery that wasnt for the car.

Every time I go there are long lines at the self check out, because other lines are closed. I tell the lady their im going to use wic. She says just wait in line when self check out dont take wic cards. Then they have to open a lane after waiting there about 20 mins. When I said it was wic before i started. Poor customer service. If i had more time i would drive to other Walmart out of Mcallen.

As Walmarts go, this is a medium size store that stays fairly well stocked, but lacks in variety. Recently, Ive noticed some of their home decor/bath/bed items have risen in quality and price, comparable to Target or Tuesday Morning. Id have given it 4 stars but for the cramped and awkward labyrinth in the make-up section and the overall unkempt appearance. Needs a makeover, imo.

Horrible customer service. A lot of the employees dont know the products they sales. lot of I dont know or when they get a price check they never on point or they dont honor alot of there clearance items . always an excuse. And a lot of bad attitude. Learn customer service, you guys work for retail if not let someone who wants to work do it.

The checkout staff know to be brisk and quick during peak hours, but more friendly during late, show hours. One even provided advise about which electrolyte replacement products Wal-Mart offered for sick children. Staff knowledgeable beyond their assigned department make the entire store operate a unified and efficient unit.

They should have more registers open. Cashiers should smile more and not look like they just woke up. Cashiers should respect when customers are trying to pay instead of walking up to the attending cashier and start gossiping about what happened at work --- WHILE they are on the clock! Is this what they pay them for?

This is my regular go to Wal-Mart. Ive never had any problems with the staff themselves. Its not a crazy mess like a few others Ive been to. Theyve offered but Ive never been pushed to sign up for a credit card with them. I also like the grocery pick up idea. Ive never used the service but may decide to in the future.

I just moved to edinburg and I am closer to the walmart on 107... it sux... I miss this walmart on nolana. Id always come here even just to bug around. Out was my second home.. They have everything.. Movies are always updated.. great selection.. Employees were never rude to us. The best walmart in the valley

I dont like that you cant reload a Walmart gift card at the Walmart gas station. Its inconvenient & time consuming. I have to go inside the store & wait behind a big line just to reload the card so I can pump gas. This is the reason most times I end up going somewhere else.

I follow the commercial on TV that they do "match the price" as long as you bring the ad, i came to the store with the newspaper add but the manager said they only match the price from HEB... I dont recall in the commercials that it only specified matching only HEB prices.

Walmarts are very hit and miss.... This one is a miss. The lady clerk behind the counter was rude and had me standing there for 5 mins while other customers waited for her to resolve an issue. I had to tell her to take care of other customers while we were waiting.

I stopped going to this walmart because the service used to be horrible, but I was pleasently surprised by the service I recieved today. Genny (the fitting room attendant) and Maria were so very helpful! I will be spending my money here in the future.
