On Friday night I went to the mall, I was stopped at a kiosk (normally I try to avoid). It was the Herstyler kiosk. I sat there while they played with my hair and told me about their products. I was so impressed I ended up buying a package that included a flatiron, curler and a blow dryer for $200. This is nothing but a scam. I brought it home and played with the curler on Sunday. It did nothing like what it was supposed to do. I went to take it back today and surprise, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS! After raising a bit of hell they gave me the number for a manager and of course there was no answer. I the went to the website and tried to call customer service, surprise, no answer, all 10 times I called. Then I called the mall and they basically told me that I cant return an opened item. Um, ANY other legitimate store will let you return an item within a reasonable amount of time! I was told by management at North Star that they will email me a customer complaint form and they will get in touch with the company. For some reason I feel that they are blowing smoke. I will certainly not be shopping there any longer. Customer service is really going out the window and it is a damn shame!

Love this mall!! no other place like it!! im from Cleveland and i can say there is nothing that compares to this mall! Dont know why people write reviews complaining about crowds. San Antonio is a very highly populated city, therefore, crowds are inevitable (duuh). if you despise crowds, or claustrophobic, move to a dying city and go to a strip mall. also the crowds reflect a thriving economy. very ethnically diverse (a big plus), every type of store you could imagine! a shoppers heaven! very huge mall, but crowds make it seem smaller than it is. do not care about mall benches. if i want to sit down comfortably, i just go to the food court (common sense). and unlike Cleveland, everything is at great pricing and the best quality! nothing bad to say about this mall, period! and on another note, i have been to a lot of cities and malls, San Antonio is by far the most beautiful city i have been to and the best mall (North Star) I have been to! and plan to move there! If you love shopping, this is the place!! if you want to walk around or sit down, do so in a park or on a bike trail. this mall is not for the weak-footed!

Mall security rent a cops just kicked the crew of 99.5 kiss out of the mall for nothing. They were standing in front of the Disney store waiting to open so they could purchase some items when they were approached by a rent a cop saying that the crew member that was dressed like rapunzel had to remove the wig. While he complied some listeners of the show came up and started to take pictures of the crew member when the rent a cop came back and asked them to leave cause he told them they could not take pictures. Clearly he never said that obviously he is just discriminating against them they were not disturbing anybody but he violated there rights. Mall security are a bunch of losers who could never make it as anything else but try to push authority around. Find a better company who will enforce the rules properly not so they can try to make themselves look good infront of other people. If he is going to do stuff like that make he does it to all people like cancer patients, transvestites or any one who dresses like woman just so he can make himself feel better.

Love it. However, Holiday "traffic control" methods are sub par. I did not see any benefit to traffic control method last year, I was there 5 days a week. It would be helpful to have parking garage/lot staff present that actually curb unsafe driving by patrons & unsafe pedestrians. Maybe working cameras on their bodies? I would like to see posts (to back up personnel) with a safety list.Too many drivers speed (this is a parking area not a highway, slow down) & ignore stop signs, ignore pedestrians. Able bodied people meander instead of walking in a short straight line to cross, they walk in the center of driving spaces, they gather in groups blocking areas where cars drive, they dont hold hands of small children but let them move about freely (in dark garages!). They loiter: Get in/out of you vehicles & move on. Dont sit in car with engine running, there is so much wrong with this practice. Too much potential for an accident for starters.

Their benches suck!!!!!!! As low as they are they not designed for people to even want to sit only to keep you shopping. I realize it is a business however sometimes you just want to rest your feet in between shopping. Also after all these years they have not added more restrooms. Stupid!!!!!!! And they only have one crappy elevator. Which was out of order yesterday when I went. This is not a mall that is accessible for individuals with disabilities nor families in strollers. And now they dont even have a music store. Just a bunch of expensive crap. This mall is only designed to keep you shopping but does not care about your comfort nor needs just give us your money. Wonderland Mall on the other hand is not only adding more stores but offers something for everyone and is involved with commmunity too. Northstar Mall forgets that one day people may just order online instead and avoid all the crap their mall has to offer.

I hope the Star Mall Team or director read my comment. The Secruity outside for parking front Kona Restaurant. Have very RUDE AND NASTY Security man drive Bicycle yellow and black uniform. He Scream to cars and I think speak Rude I watch the mouth the Secruity. And he come to me and I only few seconds stop it leave my wife , He come with the angry and rude beat my window car.I and looking me ugly !! No parking here with ugly voice ton . Maybe the North Stat Mall Bot care for the people come long way for shopping and let the Bicycle Security he control he mall with the rude and ugly. I always come spent alot money and with the My Money come the ugly and rude Bicycle security beat my window and scream to other car for moving. Really shame to the North Star Mall

Gode indkøbs muligheder. Dog primært dyre mærker. Der er mulighed for, at få tax refund på sine køb (husk pas og fly information), men kontoret tager 50% i gebyrer. På modsatte sine af motorvejen ligger forøvrigt en stor Vest Buy (elektronik) og det er muligt at krydse vejen til fods.

Nothing amazing but at least the mall is alive. They recently had a think geek store so thats relevant to my interests. Not big into fashion, especially if its as expensive as 90% of these stores are. They have a good splash of sites for men and women alike. Not a fan of the elevator though, small and always a line to use it. The food court feels cramped but its got lots of tables that always seem to be full. Would like a you store to open, but they mostly cater to fashionistas at this mall. Parking is also a nightmare at times. Its not a bad mall for those who like malls, I just find them to much effort.
