I recently broke my iphone 5S and decided to get it fixed at the Smart Phone Doctors kiosk in the Pueblo mall. BAD IDEA! I left my phone with Harley at the kiosk and he told me the repair would take an hour or so, no later than that. He then asked for my password and I questioned why, and Harley said he needed to check the clarity afterward. I made the mistake of giving this information to him. I decided to eat some dinner and then meet a friend. I went outside to meet my friend at her car and upon walking back into the mall, I noticed Harley sitting with a friend from the piercing kiosk at a picnic table by Sports Authority. I saw that he and his friend were swiping through a phone that looked exactly like mine. I then got closer to them, they did not notice me, and I saw that it was my phone!! My friend and I then heard a video playing, and the voice was that of my friend who was with me! I got a little closer to confirm that it was indeed my phone that they were looking through. I confronted Harley and the other boy, and he immediately put my phone into his pocket and pulled out his phone instead. I told him I just saw him doing this and they both completely denied it! I then got the Pueblo mall security and told them what happened. They were amazing and said this was ridiculous and disgusting that this happened to me. Harley stayed outside and did not come back in to his kiosk for awhile. When he returned I told him that I paid $140 to get my phone fixed, and instead my privacy was completely violated and I felt harassed! He told me that he takes all "expensive phones" with him outside because the kiosk is not safe and does not even lock up. Harley then started to fix my phone, which I should not have let him because it was not done right. I filed a complaint with the Pueblo Mall and no one seems to care that this happened to me. In fact, I went back to the Pueblo mall, like I was told to do the next day, and everyone looked at me like I was the crazy one! I also filed a Police report against him. I did confront Harley about this matter, and he completely denied everything and was very rude to me. His friends who work at the mall know all about the situation and one janitor friend told me that it was my fault because I gave him my password. Nothing is being done and I am very upset and sickened that someone could actually get away with this!! He did not even fix my phone correctly, because my speaker would not work after he "fixed" it. I took my phone to a professional and there were several things wrong that Harley did. I hope people do not take their phones there because I was completely harassed!! I wanted to share my story so that no one else has to deal with this.

To many times Ive had the embarrassing look on my face when I go to pull on the doors around 8-9Am and theyre locked. The fact that the stores are only open for 11hrs a day and even less on weekends in an embarrassing example of the pueblo work ethics. There are plenty of jobs in this town but no one wants to get up and work. I am also giving a poor review because the property owners charge stores very expensive rent and dont seem to ever have plans to expand or give incentives to bring in customers. The people of Pueblo complain the most about how there is nothing fun to do or anywhere interesting to go. It honestly sad that our mall is considered one of the top places to go.. This town needs a real shopping center. This town is growing fast and the mall is not accommodating. The new gym is literally the best thing to happen to the mall since the remodel so many years ago. Should I even dare complain about the parking lot and the roads into the location? Every Puebloan knows that the roads are terrible all around town but some of the potholes around the mall are enough to cause alignment problems in vehicles. Just seems to be going down hill, and looks to be a poor investment. No wonder why we cant seem to get new or decent companies to move in. Itll be real interesting to see what happens to the Sports Authority. I wont be surprised if its just closed off for quite a while.

we came from another state and our local mall ...in size was maybe a little smaller than this, but only had a handful of stores open. So its nice to come to a place where we have a nice selection of stores to choose from. Ive read through the reviews and Ive been in and out of a majority of the stores, weve had good luck most times we go in. I guess youre always going to get hit and miss, you can always run into a bad egg somewhere as well as a shining star. Weve ran into several whove gone above and beyond for us, so that made it so we didnt have to make the trip to Colorado Springs. Theres a nice selection here, were not really food court people, but we have snacked lol it was fine :) Ohhhh soooo happy to finally see a Colorado souvenir here !!!! Theyre getting more stuff all the time...love it !! :)

Its a shopping center not a mall. Needs better stores, Dillards needs to be remodeled. Fire some of those real snooty ladies, hire diversity, Blacks and Hispanics in management positions, I know they have quality individuals who live there. Bruce from Dillards is a huge helper hes been working very hard since we moved her a short time ago..Oh clean the ventilation system at least 4 times a year when I look up in the whole shopping center its gross, fix cameras around there, update so peoples hard earn property is not vandalized or broken into, so we feel safe at night, fix the parking lot. More stores of quality, old saying if you build it they will come. Remodel bathrooms, get a Macys, coffee shop...

I love that they allow mall walking for exercise in the early morning. When its just too cold and snowy, or too hot, its the perfect place to get in those laps. It also has a lot of great stores. But often those mall prices are brutal on the wallet. It does have a play area for little ones, which is nice. A light to help traffic get across Dillon to the Target is necessary. It needs to happen. Plus a secure pedestrian walk way from the parking lot to the entrances would be nice. My only huge beef is the entrance by the food court reeks os cigarette smoke. Its so disgusting. It needs help there.

This was a favorite store of mine, until the past few times I have shopped here! The manager she is very rude and unfriendly. She treated me like I was dirt. I asked if they had a certain type of pants and she had an attitude stating no! I stated I hate having to always drive to Springs and Denver just to find clothes that fit and that I like from Vanity - she came back with a rude remark that Pueblo is the largest Vanity in Colorado and the other stores do not offer what I am looking for either! I will NEVER shop at this location again - the manager needs to be FIRED!
