Bless Kerrvilles little heart. This mall was and still is just the saddest little thing ever. If your desperate or short on time you can probably find a last minute outfit or gift to suffice but you wont have to worry about getting sidetracked by delightful window shopping or cool new stores. Im pretty sure this is where cool stuff goes to die.

This mall has improved a lot, but I believe Kerrville could support a mall with more stores and speciality shops. River Hills Mall is always exceptionally clean and is nice on appearance, it.just needsnl to be full and a bit livelier. There are too many empty spaces. That doesnt look good

Too small. It looks old inside they need to tear it down and build a more modern looking mall. I think that would boost sales greatly and people would stay here instead of running to San Antonio to go shopping

The mall is mostly a ghost town. Belk, JCP, Burkes Hibbets & B&BW in good shape, well staffed and stocked. Bealls was almost empty (of stock & customers) on my last two visits.
