Weve always shopped at South Park mall because its closer to home , and I love how small it is and the fact that there isnt a big crowd around all the time . But yesterday I had an experience different from all my other experience with this particular mall . My sister and I walked into ulta beauty for the first time to hunt for foundation. Being that it was my first time ever going to the store I walked around for a bit checking it out and exploring the options they had available. I find a product I like and I go to test it on my skin my sister snatches it out of my hand really quickly and points toward the cop in the store . I told her "were fine , hes just making his roundabouts " not to soon after I noticed she had caught on to the fact that we were being heavily watched and followed by the cop . I told my sister to take my bag and get out of the store so he wouldnt think we were stealing or anything so maybe he would quit following us . I was wrong ! the shade I wanted was out so I went to ask the store clerk if they had anymore . I walked across the store ... guess who followed right behind me ( the cop ) I walked with the clerk back to the other side of the store where I waited in a chair with my hands in my lap so he he could stop eyeballing me and the harassment continued. Never in my life have I experienced racial profiling . I walked in that store fully intended to pay for everything I planned to get . Never ever will I be shopping at South Park mall

I give the mall three stars because its close to me and has a nice variety of stores. A big problem i have with it is when a security alarm goes off like today at Macys..the employee just looked away and there was two girls pushing a stroller slowly walking out and two guys on the other side of the exit going out. No body stopped them they went on and met further up in the mall. No security, employees who dont care will eventually lead to store closings. I have no authority to stop and search a possible theft, but macys employees should. They should hire ppl who care whether they stay in business.

This mall is decent. There are good selections of stores that offer budget and value here, like old navy,pay less shoes, champs, footlocker. One person I recomend is a guy named Tony. He will assist you with any jewelry needs and can be found in the back of the food market next to lubys. The mall attracts mainly overweight tattooed hispanics as it is the south side of town, and dont expect anything too fancy here like a saks 5th avenue, save that for la cantera. Food court is small. Other than that i would say check it out if you want some good values and are on a budget.

Not bad for the south side. They have some good stores. They just got a James Avery jewelry store!! The food court is good wide variety of restaurants. There is a small playground for the kids, one of the soft play areas like with cars made of padding, with seating around it for the parents. They also have the coin operated rides in the mall. Plenty of areas to sit allover the mall. The restrooms are huge also have a family bathroom. Still a good mall to go shopping!!!

To be honest, I feel its the most low class mall out of all of San Antonios malls. I like it because its where Id always go when I was younger to hang out with my friends from school. If youre not from the area or new you it, Id definitely keep driving to the next mall. If you were going to get stabbed or robbed at any mall, it would be at this one hands down. However, they got dont cool shiz but.... Im sure all the other malls have what this one carries plus more.

This mall in the South Side of San Antonio has definitely seen its improvements and has become a mall that can compete will some of the more known North Star and La Cantera Shopping Centers in terms of selection and value. There is a variety of shops to choose from and the deals are very good. Parking is plenty and there a couple good selections in the food court if youre looking for a snack. Check it out.

The parking lot is big so thats good. They have a variety of stores but not as much as other malls like Northstar. The prices are decent they arent that expensive like Northstar. The food court is really good i liked it. The restrooms are decent. They arent that bad but they arent that clean. Its on the southside so you cant expect too much from this mall. Gets very busy on weekends.

I love it cuz its not dat big n it has everything I need. All kinds of stores. I can take my kids w/me shopping n they wont get tried n cranky walking from one endof da mall 2 the other end. Its location is great there is a food court inside but if u dont want dat there are a lot of other restaurants around walking distance. That is y I love dat mall :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

It was busy and parking lot packed and so many security driving around makes me feel they have lots of break ins. Nothing impressive about this mall, the selection isnt as great here, if you want good selection stick to NorthStar or La Cantera. Tons of kids walking around being rude and the only plus is earthbound.

Los baños están en remodelación y los que están funcionando son solamente dos, lo usan tanto hombres y mujeres, y uno de ellos no tenía papel higiénico.

Being that it looks like a trashy mall but it has everything that you need inside I found this mall has everything that I need that I cant find another malls even the bigger ones around in San Antonio Texas I keep going back to it because it has stuff that I cant find any other places

Whenever i go its clean the only store that is usually hot (temperature) is Sears you go in the dressing rooms and the whole store is horrible very hot the other stores are nice and cool not hot at all the food court is clean and there is a variety of food to pick from

My daughter wanted a Claires Birthday Party for her 12th birthday. It only took one phone call to arrange the whole thing! We were invited to bring cupcakes and drinks if we wanted. The young lady who hosted everything was a complete professional! We were so pleased.

Dont go on the weekend. This is nothing like la cantera but you can find some decent brands, get a few deals and walk around. The mall is beautifully decorated for Christmas, its always clean, I constantly see security inside and out and the parking is not bad.
