I wanted to share my AMAZING EXPERIENCE that my family and I had tonight at this location! My brother was in need of a suit for a very important interview he has coming up for a "Fire Dept. in Houston,TX" Stephanie helped us from the beginning and measured my brother and guided us on what sizes he needed. She helped him find a very sharp suit and guided us on dress shirt sizes and eventually helped us put together a whole outfit! Jaycob joined us later on throughout the visit and assisted us with ties and suggestions on the overall suit. He was even kind enough to teach my brother how to, tie a tie! Stephanie helped us with everything we asked for and was a great consultant! Jacob was also a great consultant! These two make a great team!! and made us feel so welcome. I appreciated her help as well as my mom and brother. You dont get this kind of over the top customer service every day! :) This shopping experience helped my brother gain more confidence and feel good about himself. We ended up getting a suit, dress shirts, ties, dress socks, gold toe socks, undershirts, slacks, dress shoes and heels for myself. My mom was also able to save over $800. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of a great shopping experience! I appreciate the time these two took to spend with us and help us throughout the visit! My mom has been a card holder for JCpenny for many years now and I can by far say hands down that this is the most AMAZING AND OUTSTANDING visit we have ever experienced! Stephanie and Jaycob please keep up the excellent customer service! :) Thank you both so much for all of your help and wishing my brother luck with his interview and giving the fashion advice you did! You guys rock! We will def. recommend this location and be back when we need more dress attire. Thank you again!

This mall needs to step up its security. Everybodys heard about the robbery/shooting, so I dont need to get into that, but aside from upping security inside, they need to do more patrols of the parking lot. One of my relatives had their car broken into in the middle of the day while parked in the busiest lot. The thief went through the entire car, spent plenty of time digging around, so it wasnt some 5 second deal where security couldnt possibly have been expected to notice. No valuables had been left out in plain sight, and the cars not flashy or expensive, so there was no reason it shouldve seemed especially appealing to a thief. A police report was made, and the cop said several other cars had been broken into that same day, and it wasnt the only day when multiple cars had been burglarized at Rolling Oaks. To offer contrast, the other day I was at a strip mall across town. Middle of the day, busy lot, pretty much the same scenario. Someone had locked their keys in their car and was essentially trying to break in, so of course it looked suspicious. There was a security guard right there keeping an eye out, and theyd already verified what was going on. If that strip mall can provide enough security to be on top of things like that, so can Rolling Oaks. Moral of the story? If you go to Rolling Oaks, dont leave anything of value in your car.

We shop at Rolling Oaks Mall infrequently. It is a choice of convenience. The stores there offer as much as the larger malls. Most of my purchases are electronic & online. We have bought a lawnmower, weed eater, and clothing from Sears, JC Penny, & Macys, as well as doing business with several others. Usually combine our shopping with lunch at the Food Court where we eat at the Famous Wok, Japan Nori, or Chick-Fil-A. Jockeying with large crowds is never a problem at Rolling Oaks. Mall is clean & well maintained. Even though there was an attempted robbery & shooting (loss of life & injuries) in January 2017, security in the mall & on the grounds seems to be adequate.

Stores are dying and Malls have no idea why! No Restaurant in Rolling Oaks!!! If you want customers and Senior Citizens have all the money, have some damn seating available in the mall! Men will take their spouses shopping if STORES ALSO HAVE SEATING while men wait on spouses and kids! No SyFy stores no hobbies stores but 6 different tennis shoe stores , Really? Who ever manages this place needs to be fired! No imagination or concept of customer needs. Its a dead space! More people shop on line because there is nothing to pull them here like a good restaurant and an adjacent Movie Theater!!!!

Isabel Sloane went to Dillards some years ago. I felt bad and exited the store. As I got out of the store I went down on my knees gasping with diarrhea and vomiting. I had been poisoned with something in the car. The next time I went to Dillards I saw a police car outside of the store that was a false memory. Police do not protect and serve someone dying as part of a deal. They will run you off instead. I was struck by a baseball bat by a stepdaughter and her father was trying to make deals with the police as I was bleeding out and in a lot of pain.

Pretty empty mall. Hopefully in the years to come more businesses will decide to move here. As of now, there are quite a few empty shops. When they do fill up, they normally dont stay very long before realizing its not a good location for them. One of the lesser frequented malls in San Antonio. I would recommend going to a different mall unless this place has exactly what you need. If youre just going to hang out and browse, this isnt the place. Decent stores are still here and you wont be terribly disappointed if your expectations arent very high.

Im not sure how others rate malls but in my opinion this mall meets my expectations every time I visit. The malls stores provide a wide variety of goods and with Macys, Dillards, JC Penny, and Sears its hard not to find what you might need. I agree with most reviews that the mall is seldom crowded and to me, thats a plus. The parking is more than adequate and the food court provides a fair selection though somewhat lacking in popular named fare such as Taco Bell McDonalds, etc. The mall is clean, well lit, and accessible. Whats not to like?

I actually used to work there at one of the many nice decorated Kiosks. Its fun to Walk°In early in the morning and get a little personal time and exercise for a little while. With Nice Warm Smells of Freshly brewed Coffee In the early morning, your day will be even better. Mall stores are Nice and Convenient to access with wonderful Store Members that happily Help as best as they can. Mall Hours are Very Convenient and Good For the Whole Family, Teens, Young/Old adults.

It aint to real mall I would like to call it a store with more stores cause reall malls have everything from a cloths store to a movie theater and guess what this "mall" only has? Can you guess? Can YA? Yup! Clothes stores and a s$&t ton of shoe stores and absolutely no place to lock up my bike so I can go in even if there was a good store it would get shut down and replaced by either a clothes store or a shoe store so if you want shoes and clothes thats where you go
