I had visited the San Antonio location this evening. I was excited because this WAS one of my favorite places to go and I had a couple grand to blow. Upon arrival I sat at the bar. Me being a female I was hoping Id get quick service but that wasnt the case. I waited 15 minutes before getting a drink after moving my seat twice. After one beer feeling dissatisfied I invited a friend to come join me. Again, I had some extra money and wanted to have a good night. The manager sat a group next to me, which looked like some younger hoodlums or as I say "drug dealers." I said I was saving the seat next me because I had a friend who was going to be arriving any minute. The manager snickered at me and told the group that they dont have a seat saving policy. Instead of saying it directly towards me, he said it to the group. I interrupted him and told him if thats the case then Ill take my business elsewhere. Instead of apologizing he just laughed and said fine, you can leave. This is the worse experience Ive ever had at this place. I closed out my tab and went to Twin Peaks. Ive always recommended this place to people even though it has a bad reputation because of its location but I definitely will now advise my friends or anyone I know to not go here. Regardless if I had no money or a lot of money I should had been treated fairly. Im not an obviously weathy person but I can afford more than most. The staff tonight was horrible. Im very disappointed. One of my favorite place is now a place Ill never go again.

What can I say about this mall it is dangerous as hell to come into the main entry off of 410 so be careful going into the Sears they make you feel very unwelcome do they automatically start following you if you dont have anything in your hand its like youre browsing or window-shopping as if we used to call it they would look at you and follow you like youre stealing so I hate it. Now lets talk Dillards Dillards is just pretty thats clean its well-kept the only problem I have is the staff Dillards that they dont know how to say hello they dont know how to say welcome they dont know how to do any of those things so overall customer service I give it a negative 0 overall cleanliness of the store it is 18 the restrooms -0 thats about it as far as Dillards I dont really go that far into the mall because again yeah thats a lot of kids there and Ive nothing against children can because I have to myself but those children are unruly and loud and I just cant deal with it I just cant so being a good place to shop in and out go early in the morning going in the evening be prepared to either it have your car keys here or get in a wreck on a good day so be safe overall satisfaction I promise you its not guaranteed and its not always there 99% of the time I walked out without anything bargains they dont exist this is Texas no pants texts I love you but 99% the stores here they dont believe in discounts or keeping the customer so have a great day enjoy Ingram Park Mall.

Strengths: Like typical shopping malls, this one is spacious with varied retaile stores and products that cater to all. I found everything I personally needed while there, and enjoyed looking at other miscellaneous items too, which enticed me to buy. The food court is also a good section. It had plenty of sitting space and varied foods. Although it is fast foods, it sufficed, especially while on the go. Also, the staff is friendly and polite. Each greated me at every store and offered to assist. I appreciate this kind of acknowledgment and help. Opportunities: This mall is going through renovations. Currently the floors and many parts of the wall, especially along the stair cases, are stripped to the concrete so the floor and staircase wall is uneven. This makes a potentially hazardous condition because the stripped wall concrete is sharp in many places and stick out. Additionally, I witnesses several people twist or roll their ankle, some more serious than others. Perhapse more cautions signs and construction on one side of a hallway at a time would help remedy this. All said, I can hardly wait to see the finished product. Yes, I will return to this mall again.

I remembered last year, Halloween week was spirited across the mall; particularly the McDonald restaurant. OH, those employees were in costumes and I was laughing internally! They know what entertains their beloved customers to somehow show them that they are systematic. After I ordered my food, I noticed that the food court and somewhat unorganized and filthy. There were crumbs of fries, little ponds of liquids, napkins thrown everywhere, and etc. (things that I described are not in extreme). Though the food had satisfied my stomach.

This mall has its pros and cons. The stores are somewhat lacking in variety; theres more shoe stores than anything else. The Dillards here is stuck in the 90s still and is a bit empty. The same can be said for the Macys. But the JC Penny is one of my favorites! It has great clearance sections for just about every department. The food court is pretty good too. Kabab House is a gem. The mall is generally very clean but it does show some aging and is clearly still dragging a little after the recession.

This was a positive experience for me. Sales was on a mission to find me a vehicle and finance gave me a good deal! Ive been a previous IPAC customer and they did a great job before and this time was no different. I wouldve given the five stars but the porters didnt do a good job with the make ready/detailing. I was given car washes to make up for it but I would have liked to have the new car feel inside as well. (They rushed to get it to me that evening.)

Even though the mall is going through renovations, it looks like its rundown. From what little people showed up during a busy day, I dont know how they make enough money to stay open. Also, when the Easter Bunny went on break, a line of people had to wait over an hour. I stopped waiting at about 45 minutes, but noticed the same people were still waiting 30 minutes later...who knows how much longer they had to wait after that.

Macys and Sears are the Anchor stores at this mall location. With so many retailers to choose from every member of your family is bound to find a variety of interesting things to shop for. This mall also has a large selection of flavors in the expansive Food Court, handicapped parking lots, elevators and escalators throughout and quite a few spots for you to sit down and people watch while taking a break from shopping.
