Hypocrite brats. All of them. I have been there a few occasions, (timing was kinda far apart). The first time I went to Sephora was dress nicely, my baby slept long enough for me to get my make up and hair done. anyways, I went to sephora and they spoke to me like I was inferior to them and I was quite disappointed at the situation. The next (last) time I visited that Rockwall Location I had no time to get ready, I wore sweatpants, messy hair, no make up, but I had a bit of time to shop.This time none of the girls bother to speak to me nor ask if I needed help. I couldnt believe how uncomfortable they made me feel, 2 girls stood next to each other and gave me the most awful look, as if I was to steal something or as if I was lost in their store. they pretended to look through some make up while giving a side glance, SERIOUSLY? How horrible!! I will Never, ever, set foot on that store again. Selling make up doesnt make you that important.

Four stars only because they dont carry all of the brands available due to them being inside JCP. I shop at least every other week, and by far Macey is the sweetest and friendliest. We could talk makeup for hours. She knows her products and makes you feel at home when you shop by referring to your name. Sephora is my favorite beauty store, I just wish this location stocked more brands. Macey gives superior customer service, which makes it worth while to shop there.

I had such a wonderful experience today at sephora! I dont know a lot about make up, especially the higher-end kind. Macey helped me pick out the right shade for my eyebrow pomade and even showed me better techniques to put it on! I was pleasantly surprised with how sweet and helpful she was! She gave me her honest opinion on products and helped me find everything I needed! I will definitely be back.
