This sephora location just lost a loyal customer. This is the second time Ive had a bad return. First time the girl rang up a product that was $20 and only gave me back $14 for it, I called customer service and they told me I should always get back the amount that I paid, when I went back to get my $6 the girl acted clueless and surprised and blamed it on their "system". The second time was today when a blonde girl processed two separate returns with two different receipts, and only gave me back one original receipt and one exchange receipt for ONE item!! And didnt give me either for the other, which made me have to turn around when I already was in a different part of town, when I went back she was really rude and blamed me! Like I was stupid, when she didnt give me my receipts! I think location is sketchy. But there is a good side! Shayla is super nice and helpful and so is another brunette girl that works there. I will stick to Sephora online for now though

Everytime i go in to this location i have never ever ever ever not even once been greeted by someome. (Im not even exaggerating) ive never been asked if I needed help even as I walk around aimlessly looking for something I couldnt find. Then when I check out didnt even get eye contact or one single word from the girl at the register (again im not even exaggerating she didnt look or speak to me once) honestly, ive never had a good experience at this location and its kind of pathetic.
