When I walked into the store oneday, there were only three staffs there and no customers... yet, the one near by me knew I was walking in (since she saw me), yet she still did her make up with samples without greeting me. I approached to her to ask question, but she MADE me wait for her and kept doing her make up. I requested some samples and other staff made them for me. However, the staff who was at the register (same girl who made me wait because she was busy with her doing make up), she did not put the samples in the bag. I went to the same sephora few days after to make some more purchase, but the service of the staffs did not seem to get any better. Also, this store carries very limited selection of the lines and the products. If you are in need of something urgently, you might have to go here, but if you have time, please go different sephora. I have been to a lot of sephora places so far in many different cities have had very useful and helpful experience- I do appreciate their professionalism. But this store is the one that made me the most unpleasant experience-possibly in throughout my whole retail experience. Even though it is right across my home, I no longer make any more purchase from this particular store.

After shopping there with my girlfriend for two years I can safely say they are slow at the registers and not overwhelmingly knowledgeable about their products, or how to help customers. I spent 20 minutes in line behind 3 ladies on our most recent experience with another lady being served who jumped in front of us in line. I have worked in retail, when that happens you tell the person where the end of the line is. Whats even more upsetting is that the manager was the one at the checkout. Hoping never to go back.

Dont expect anyone to help you at this location even if you ask for help! I went on a Sunday and it wasnt busy at all. When I politely asked a lady who wasnt even doing anything for some help she was very condescending and just pointed me towards something and walked away. I guess its their loss though because I needed all new makeup and I had already prepared to spend a lot of money. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the mall!

The place was busy, but I was still promptly helped and shown to exactly what I needed. One lady even helped me match what I was getting by applying some for me so I could check that it was the right tone, and even instructed me on which brush is good for applying that type of makeup. This is so much easier than going to the Sephora in the mall and I will be back!

Amazing customer service even when store started to get really busy. The girls really know the products and take their time helping you. I went in for concealer and came out with much more. The products are a little pricey, but I think its best to invest in the first thing people see.

I went in looking for a product they didnt have but Nicole showed me other options. I was really looking for that specific item, so Nicole (an Angel!!) went out of her way to help locate it! Those small gestures will keep me coming back to this location!

Obviously the workers hate their job. Do yourself a favor and go to another Sephora or to another store. The workers here could care less to help and God forbid you have a question. Wont be coming back. -christela soliz

They dont know how to do their job. Im a dark brown color and was given a near orange colored concealer. You have to go up to them for help no one is there to make sure youre ok. Just go to the mall this place sucks
