The customer service was horrible! This is the third time Ive tried to go there during "business hours" that they were actually open. When I got there, the lady working was talking to her friend and didnt acknowledge me or anything until I started lingering around the cash resister, then she just looked at me. I asked for concealer and she just tried to look at me and guess what color I needed and was trying to hurry me out of her way. Already annoyed, I went along with it and bought the concealer ( i actually like the product) . I went home and did my make up and the color was WAY off, even my husband said it looked bad. I went back to the store because there was still 30 minutes until they closed. Luckily I left when I did because when I got there the lady was leaving early and had already locked everything and was about to drive away. She reopened the shop and put really little effort into helping me. She did not give me a receipt either time even though I asked for it twice. I asked her when I went back the second time if I could try the concealer before I spent $15 on it and she told me no, I could only exchange it and " thats all I can do" as she sighed out loud at me. She really did not care about her customers and only getting money. Will not be going back ever, do not recommend this place to anyone if you value good customer service.

This store is now under New Ownership as of July 1, 2015. I do hope that if you ever had a bad experience before July 2015, that you will please give me a chance to make good with you. Thank you all. Laura, I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with your daughter and her makeover. I have since gone over instructions with my employee as to what is age appropriate makeup and hope you will call and schedule another makeover with "me" free of charge of course and please accept my heart felt apologizes. Very disappointing. Took my daughter in for her first make over & the girl told her to pick colors. The girl informed her she was going to use the colors she likes instead. My daughter is 12 & she put an extremely dark purple on her. Sorry shes a little young for a Smokey eye.
