The single star is for customer service only. I returned a purchase that I bought using my debit card-I wanted my refund in cash because a debit refund can take a couple of days. While at the Sephora in JCPenney the associate told me that I could get a cash refund at the Watters Creek location (where I made the purchase)...when I explained all of this to the associate at Watters Creek she replied that "JCP Sephora is not a real Sephora and they dont know what they are talking about"...I told her that their sign reads "Sephora"??? The manager was called, she agreed with the associate replying that JCP Sephora "flat out lied to you"...long story short, I left with my cash refund but was amazed by the lack of professionalism of the Watters Creek associates.

I went it and bought somethings for myself and one thing as a gift for a friend. When I got to the register I asked the lady if I could do two separate transactions bc one item was a gift. Her reply was "thats not necessary I can give you a gift receipt" in such a rude manner I was taken back. I explained to her I was purchasing my items with a Christmas gift card and wanted to put the gift on a debit card and she rolled her eyes at me. I was so surprised. I work in retail in the shame shopping center and I have never seen doing two or ever more transactions as an issue. Even if it was an issue, which it isnt, I cant imagine being so rude and rolling my eyes at a customer.

I stopped by for some last-minute help with makeup for an event. They were booked and couldnt fit me in at the time, and I was mildly huffy about it (sorry to say). I came back an hour later, after getting my hair done (at Blo, two shops away) and this time they were able to help me. They didnt even hold my previous rudeness against me. Bri was the girl who fixed me up, and she was super sweet and talented. Ask for her if you can.

I love their customer service. Very responsive and friendly. The products are interesting but being a beginner to all these beauty products, I find a little overwhelming with too many choices on high price points. I like the fact that they have a lot products in ravel sizes or they give samples to try out and then buy.

Nice cosmetic shop in Allen with helpful staff. In a request for specific brands for concealer, Urban Decay and Tarte, they recommended Lancôme, likely because the Lancôme rep was at the store. The product seems to work well - first time purchase.

I have been a VIB Rouge over 3 years with or without Makeup, Returning or Buying I always have a great experience with customer service here! Lisa is very helpful with this last visit! Love this location keep it up!
