Ive frequented this store numerous times due to it being close to my home and every time I hope the experience improves but it never does. The only time associates attempt to assist you is if youre in the high end area of the store. I moonlight as a MUA from time to time and love using NYX products when Im in a pinch so I dropped by yesterday to pick up a few things. The shelves were an absolute wreck. Nothing was in the correct spot, actually, most spots were entirely empty. I had to track down an associate to even get help. The associate wasnt actually any assistance at all as they just looked at the same empty shelves and told me they must not have my needed products in stock. This was very frustrating as I took the time to check the products online before my visit and each said they were in stock at that particular location. I understand Ulta carries numerous products and employees may sometimes be too busy servicing other customers to front face different areas. That being said, I noticed there werent many customers being serviced and with the shelves a wreck I can only assume it was due to poor performance. I love Ulta due to their large selection but I probably will no longer return to this location due to the lack of assistance and disorganization.

I went in for a haircut two weeks ago (at the store at Beltline & Montfort in Dallas, TX), and Rosa was the attending hairdresser. Now, I wanted a textured bob that I’ve had for over an year now! But the haircut she gave me looks like i got it at great clips for 12 bucks! She absolutely botched it!! In the mirror when she was showing me my hair, I saw a glimpse of a horror on ANOTHER hairdesser’s face (a chubby girl with bleached white hair)… Rosa and the girl with white hair exchanged a look, but didn’t know that I saw them do that!! I didn’t say anything coz I didn’t want to make a scene not knowing exactly what had transpired! When I washed my hair the next week, and was styling them I realized what that look of horror on white-hair-girl had been for - MY HAIR LOOKS HORRIBLE! UNEVEN, ABRUPT CUTS!! ALL OVER! Rosa is a chatty cathy, and I was okay with that. Laughing and giggling isn’t my thing, but i don’t judge people who laugh and giggle! But I hate to have to pay for a job gone seriously sloppy on account of the chattiness. Now I have to pay gobs of money to have someone correct my hair. Good Bye ULTA - you really need to test your stylists, teach them some honesty!!

I went in for a specific brand of mineral powder becuase I know women who use it and love it. When I told the girl what I was looking for and that I needed to have a shade matched to me, she proceded to talk down to me and let me know how "uneducated" I was, and how "if I only knew..." She said it was awful for my skin, that it would make it sooo dry, and that What I needed was a liquid foundation (YUCK!!) The girl also had another guy giving his two cents, and making me feel stupid as well. The people working here that helped me shouldnt be degrading people based on the products that they wish to purchase. I am shocked at the service I recieved here and will never step foot that place again! I hope this reaches a manager or someone of importance in this store for a much needed staff meeting/intervention on being friendy, helpful and courteous. They were just AWFUL!!!

I have spent close to $1000 in the last three months at this Ulta, but no more. Thanks to Layne Anderson, I will be purchasing my expensive beauty needs elsewhere. This mans terrible customer service has costed his company a good deal of money and will also cost them a lot of bad press. I plan on taking this as high as I can go. This man has no idea what he started.Sephora, here I come!

I unfortunately have to agree with some of the other reviewers here. Every time I go here the shelves in the makeup area are bare or just a mess. I tried 1 more time today and I think it will be my last. There was one associate on the floor though that was very attentive and constantly checking on us customers, it was just sad she couldnt do anything about them never having product.

I have been going to this store regularly for the last several months. I never thought I would be an Ulta shopper but I definitely will keep going back! Everyone I have talked to has been extremely helpful and nice. Chris is an amazing color specialist and treats his employees great! If you havent been in a while, you should definitely go back! I have never been disappointed!

Very poor customer service. The associates seem to be very upset working for this company. They provide wrong information and still in a very unfriendly manner. This is unacceptable. I was in shock how the two associates I talked to and the guy at the cashier station were so rude! I started giving Ulta a try but I decided I wont go back, I will stick with Sephora.

Love this store && all the brands it provides. Always super clean && they normally always have my products in stock. I feel like this store has more to offer than Sephora! The only down fall is the lines can back up a little but where doesnt that happen. Customer service is hit or miss, some days they are super helpful while others not so much.

Horrible customer service, made appointments to get eyebrows done. Never got a call to reschedule so I show up to no appointment. Bought Conditioner instead of shampoo by accident 1 day ago, cashier proceeded to tell me it was 2/3 used. Will never come back to this Ulta. New staffing needs to be placed at this Ulta.

The worst cashiers of all Ulta stores! They try to look cool but never act cool.They rarely smile or say thank you. One lady did not even bother to hand me my bag and I had to reach for it myself. Cmon Ulta, it does not cost you a dime to fix this. The Walmart next door surely has much better customer service.

This location never has anything Im looking for. Im not sure how much inventory this store receives, but I usually have to go to another store to find what I need. Most of the displays are empty, and dont get restocked for weeks. Youre better off going to Walmart next door for any drugstore products.

Location lacks customer service and products.The products may be online,but not in store.The time I came in there was a line and one cashier.Another sales associate just looked and continued to look busy.Enjoy giving great reviews but noticed the same thing happen in multiple visits...

The only great employee was Erin. She did an awesome job on my eyebrows and now shes gone! But other than that, the Customer Service sucks, the employees are rude and act like they have huge sticks with thorns shoved up their asses all the time. Dont even come here.

Always seem to get a cashier that acts like they have a stick up their rear. I get a nice cashier on occasion, but its rare. If you dont like retail dont work in retail. I am getting to were I prefer online shopping. The floor staff is nice and attentive.
