I went to this place and asked a woman if they sold human kinky afro hair . she acted like I disturbed her she was totally clueless as to what that even was or meant. She didnt look like she even knew what to look for and went to (straight human hair) and asked me if that was what I was talking about. So I pointed to my hair , which is natural, and told her that I am looking for kinky afro hair. She still did not know what I was talking about and pointed at a straight wavy hair bundle...she was black and my boyfriend, who is Swedish , was even trying to describe the hair ...and even had to point at mine to explain a hair type that HE doesnt even grow....am I crazy or does this woman not know or understand our own hair type? She was a terribly confusing woman. But the ladies at the register were very sweet.

I wont be surprised the day this beauty shop goes out of business. There wasnt one person whom worked there that wasnt rude. Also, an elderly lady that worked there lied to my face about some wig because she was literally telling us to leave due to it turning 8 p.m. Take in mind I was actually trying to buy two wigs and get out of there at this point. I will never go back nor do I recommend that you ever give this spot a chance. There are better options ladies ✌

Terrible customer service. I went there last week to buy a weave as a present for someone, and the staff said I can actually exchange it for another one if the person doesnt like it, as long as I have a receipt, but no returns. To my surprise when I went back today, they said no exchange or returns as a store policy, and the person that sold it to me got fired. They are so rude and dont care about clients point of view.

The employees are incredibly rude and its just not worth giving your money to this place. I shopped here regularly but enough is enough they really treat customers like dirt so they arent getting me back in there, Ill go right down the street to another beauty supply they are more affordable and friendlier there anyway.

I witness the manager being very rude to customers that was in front of me that over charge her he got mad cuz she clled him on .Then I purchase some chemicals that was out date: it didnt know until after I used called an let them know an that inform me to cll the manufacturer for real u knew it was expired

The guy that works here is very rude!!! I will never spend my money at a business that does not respect paying customers. My hope is that they wont forget that the people are who keep their business up and running, especially people of color.

This is my go to place... I live in Frisco and I travel all the way here and they always have what I need and if they dont they always accommodate... I usually come early so the service is exceptional.. Appreciate them.

my shopping experience here was very well worth it. The employees that are african american were so helpful. it is not black own but all of the employees are very knowledgable. I will be paying a visit from here on out

Good store if you need glue or something small but this is not a regular beauty supply store. Very small and poor customer service. You may get braiding hair but dont expect to get decent human hair from this place.

I love this place. They always accommodate me when I come into town. Prior to moving out of state, I traveled from East Texas to go there. Now, I travel from out of state to get all my extension needs met.

Went to location on a Sunday hours states 11-6pm but closed. Door was locked but open sign was on. Stated were closed for no reason. Should probably change hours. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.
