Have been here twice in the last couple of weeks and witnessed the poor girl at the cash register get yelled at by some short haired female employee who appeared to be on a power trip simply because this girl wanted to be called her middle name instead of whatever theyd been calling her since she started working there. Extremely unprofessional of the other employee- Im not sure if she was a manager or what but how hard is it to just call someone the name they want to go by? Get over yourself. The girl at the cash register (Elizabeth) was really nice, I liked her.

Just moved to the area. Needed to get some supplies. Not friendly at all. Waited for some help, and the only two people in there kept avoiding me. Very unfriendly, unhelpful, and Sallys has lost a customer forever.
