So disappointed with the staff and management. Booked an appointment a week ago. Just called to see if the appointment was at 3 or 3:30. I was told I could come at 4 or 12:30. This was a prom appointment and I told them that when I made it. Unfortunately they stacked three appointments back to back in front of us. Offered no other options until I expressed my utter disappointment. There are dinner reservations etc that cant be moved plus who would want make done that early. When I booked the stylist said Im open any time is fine. Guess we dont rate. Checking this place off my list. So terribly unprofessional. The manager said she made the appointments last week. Just further solidifies my frustration. Would they have even called me or was I just lucky to call and confirm the appointment. For those of us that makeup application is a luxury, saved for special occasions...this was a disaster waiting to happen.

I just moved here from Houston and was so sad that I cant see my hairstylist of 10 years. I reluctantly went to Beauty Brands to get a cut and color....paid for a master stylist(didnt want to ruin my hair). Was put at ease right away by Michelle. She not only fixed the wack job from a guy that was recommended to me highly(which cost me $250 for a job that was awful) but she also cut and styled my hair to my taste. Ending up costing me half of what I previously paid and I love it! I might miss H-town but at least I have finally found a new hairstylist! Will definitely see Michelle again!

I have to give a BIG, HUGE THANK YOU to Ashley and Jaime! After experimenting with up dos and make up prior to my sisters wedding - I just looked a hot mess! So I decided to schedule an appointment. Upon arrival the whole staff was welcoming! Ashley did an a-ma-zing job with my hair & Jaime worked wonders with makeup. I received so many compliments that night! So I plan on coming back many times and highly recommend them!!

Dont get your hair colored here! I was trying to save some cash and the prices seemed reasonable, but that was a mistake. I left with orange roots. While the color was sitting I told the lady my roots did not look right but she insisted it would be fine once my hair was dry. She did fix it, but couldnt until 4 days later. The color faded very quickly. Spend the extra money and go to a different salon.

Love coming here! The staff is great and also warm and welcome. Betty, in the salon, is the best stylist out there!!! She always ranks in the nations best stylists for Beauty Brands. Overall, this place is great and always has fantastic deals! Much better than their competitor in the same parking lot.

Rianna is a Terrible employee for this location. I highly suggest replacing her as soon as possible. She is not friendly nor welcoming. She didnt listen to needs of the customer (me). Seems though she would have rather been chatty with other employees or text on her cell phone.

I called several places regarding getting extensions out and no one would help me. Anthony at BB answered and was so friendly, got me in a few hours after my call. The ladies were super sweet and made me feel welcome.

Best place to get your hair colored/cut! Ashley W. does a great job at color/cuts! I highly recommend the salon for great service!

Terrible customer service, very rude and they cancelled my appointment for no reason other than the stylist wanted to go home.
