BEWARE!!Dont waist your money at this place. They dont care about you and only want your money. I have never been to a store where you cant get a refund. A lady helped me pick out hair that was incorrect and when i returned they had a select few of the correct hair. I am highly dissapointed that they didnt give me a refund. I will never step foot in this place again!

I had just got off work and stopped in and to my surprise was followed so hard that I ended up ordering my hair online. The lady could have offered assistance rather than follow me down every aisle. Maybe order some cameras and sit in the back like a normal retailer.

I seen so many negative comments on customer service. This place is so nice and the staff is even sweeter. The girl usually as cashier is always greeting us with a smile and conversation. I love the products and the hello NYX products at a great price.

Went yesterday to purchase some hair and there was a up charge of 7 dollars per bag for the #27 hair color. I have never heard of a beauty supply charging extra for a solid hair color???!!! Makes no sense! and I will not be back!

Worst experience. Spent money for quality hair and didnt get it. Talked to the manager and she refused to provide a refund or exchange. She clearly saw how awful the product was when demonstrated and would my provide a solution
