Horrible HORRIBLE workers. I went there with my girlfriend, she was trying to dye her hair brown, but one of the workers thought she would look better in red. She WOULD NOT let us buy the dye we wanted, she kept trying to get us to buy the one SHE wanted. So finally we said "we want to do her hair the way she wants. If thats too big of a deal we can leave" and another worker felt the need to comment "woooow. Just let them buy it" then we received dirty looks the rest of the time, and we were over charged for our purchase. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Sally is a great store for everyone, not just beauty professionals (do they even really shop there?). I shop there for pro level hair dye, gel nail polish and other random supplies. The employees are always super helpful if called upon and helped me select a toner to fix my self dyed hair. They have great sales as well. Highly recommend them!

The ladies in this store are so awesome! I went in looking for a color to cover red highlights and gray new growth. They took the time to help me decide what color and brand would best suit me. Its rare to experience this type of customer service these days. Thank you so much to these ladies!

This is the best Sallys in McKinney I shopped there the other day and Alyssa and Cas is very nice I had an issue with the Bogo deal for Shea moisture and the both of them assisted me with no hassle I think this will be my go to Sallys for now !!! Thanks Alyssa and Cas yall are awesome !!!

the workers dont know what they are doing . They refuse to help me and just walk right behind you . Its sad they just gossip and do nothing .
