Had read the reviews on here, and had good things about it from people I knew so I thought what the heck Ill give it a shot. I Really wish I hadnt. The only thing that I liked about my hair was the Dye job. She Cut my hair while It was dry and I have long hair, then she dyed it, washed it out and dried me. when I got home I noticed I had chunks of my hair that were significantly longer than others. My Boyfriend took his trimming scissors and snipped those even for me. but the longer I looked at my hair the more I found that wasnt cut to the same length at the bottom. the prices were Outrageous for what I got. Never going there again.

I just popped in to pick up a quick few things, and was in line when an elderly woman walked in. She asked a clerk to help her locate a certain product , and he just walked off into the back. At first I thought he might not have heard her, but then realized I heard her fine, and was 5 feet behind him. She then asked a stylist if he would help her find a product, he pointed towards the door and replied "its over there." She then asked yet another clerk, who said the exact same thing with adding "theyre all the same." I was astonished at how poorly they would treat a customer in front of another customer.

FOR CURLY HAIR GIRLS! Alyssa is Awesome! I have been interested in getting a DevaCurl cut for ages & finally found someone. I love my curly hair & wear it curly 99% of the time. I will definitely be going back. Alyssa was friendly and very knowledgeable about the technique and products. She also asked for feeback as she cut my hair to get it just right. I will also say the girl who answered the phone to book my appointment was very nice & professional & answered all my questions (since this was my 1st visit) and the lady at the store was also nice & helpful when I had questions about some of the cosmetics.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. My experience in the salon has been fantastic. Ive only had appointments with Luda for eyebrow waxes and she is AMAZING. She is very detailed and gentle in her work and does an awesome job. She gives recommendations on how she thinks you should shape your brows, and for me it was let them grow a little without touching them. I completely trust her advice. She even leaves you with a nice head massage at the end of the wax. Love it. I look forward to my monthly appointments with Luda.

I went in twice for a haircut to Beauty Brands. The first cut was just a trim, when I actually wanted a cut. I was disappointed, but realized the girl cutting my hair was just out of school and not very sure of herself. The second time I went in, I had Sarah Hollingsworth cut my hair. She did a great job! She knew how to cut my hair to it laid right and had bounce and volume where I wanted it. The price was reasonable as well.

I went in for a hair cut and my stylist Ada did a fantastic job! I couldnt be happier! The place was comfortable and staff was friendly to me. I felt like I received everything I needed there. Would definitely recommend them at this Plano location. I will be back for my next cut for sure!

This place is amazing! Clean, fast and friendly service. Monica does an absolutely fantastic job. Highly recommended! She listened everything and she give me a good hair style too,she is friendly I will definitely go back !! Thumbs up !!!

"Luda" is the best wax specialist around. She is professional, exact, kind, and consistent. Even for teens, she is excellent and gentle with them. Ive tried every "upscale" spa in Dallas and no one holds a candle to Luda.

I have the greatest hair stylist at this location. Tracey is the best. Tried for years to find someone to color and style my hair like I wanted. Finally, I accomplished that. Great staff all throughout the store.

The staff for this location as well as the Frisco location are terrible at customer service. They do not try and meet the needs of the customers.
