I have been going to this place for years despite of the stone face cashiers that dont even attempt to spark up a conversation at all.... Ok now everytime I go to Ebony Im spending a lot of money I can ignore the stone faces and the watching your every move but today they had me all the way bent so I buy about 75 bucks worth of stuff got to my car and realized I forgot something bag still in hand I returned back in the store ask the young lady at the front to hold my bag get what I forgot come back to the register this guy checking me out hes rude as hell when hes done I tell him to drop those items in my bag right there the only bag up there he looks in the bag I said yes thats my bag why would I lie about a bag full of stuff so you telling me I stole all that stuff and told the lady at the front to hold it???? Smh and dont you know this ass still asked her was that my bag in a slick way I caught it tho I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY IM STRICTLY JENNYS AND JJS FROM HERE ON OUT

Although this store has a good variety of items the customer service is horrible!!! I wanted to purchase 10 eyebrow pencils next to a 99 cent sign. The eyebrow pencils also had a 99 cent price tag on them. LITERALLY ALL THE EXACT EYEBROW PENCILS IN THE CONTAINER HAD A 99 CENT PRICE TAG ON THEM!!! However the owner did not want to sell them to me at that price. He seen how many I wanted to purchase and told me they were $1.99 instead. I even showed him exactly where I got them from including the price tag of all the exact pencils from the same container. Still, he all of a sudden change the price to $1.99. He tried to get over $10 from me over some cheap eyebrow pencils although I tried to argue my case. I can just imagine how much money they got over on other people. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS STORE ANOTHER DOLLAR NOR WILL I SUPPORT IT ANY LONGER!!!

I purchased a moisturizer from this store today only to find when I made it home that it was half empty. When I brought the product to the cashier he opened it and then told me to hold on. He returned with the product in hand. I paid and went forward with the transaction only to get home and find that it was half empty !!!! WTF was that about I dont know. The price was on the product. There was no need to go back. Why was it half empty??? I reported this to BBB and they will never have my business again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly encourage African American women to use their purchasing power elsewhere. No greeting or thank you for shopping at the store. The male Asian cashier was rude and condescending when asked where specific products were located and an available cashier to puchase my product selections. As a consumer I have many alternatives to purchase my hair care products and I will NOT shop where as an African American I am NOT WELCOMED. Go elsewhere with YOUR MONEY.

Listen...stop buying from this rude , incompetent no having customer service establishment! They dont even deserve the 1 star I had to give them because I wanted to leave a review . I simply called to price a certain braid style that they carried and the man that answered the phone was absolutely rude and intentionally not helpful!!!

It is very inexpensive the only thing is the store is so huge. I had passed the product i was looking for a couple of times due to it being on sale it was in a box on the floor. Other than that one of my favorite beauty supply stores for makeup lashes and hair care. I posted a full face of makeup i used only from this store

I forgot they close at 8pm, so I asked the guy what time do you close? And all he said "Ill give you one minute, hurry up". That didnt set right with me. All he could have said was that we close at 8 and thats it. Very unprofessional. I will never spend money there. They talk to you crazy and want your money SMH.
