Honestly Ive gone here quite a few times and the staff was lovely I thought they knew what they were doing. The past few times Ive gone and asked for advice on dying my hair and highlights etc I got extremely bad advice and ended up with ten different colors with bleach patches in my hair, the majority of my head being orange. Today I also received more bad advice on mixing certain products and bleach and my bottle at home exploded bleach everywhere based on the advice they gave me and I carefully followed. Its bubbling and boiling and melting the bottle. They hired people who really have no clue how to give correct advice, they may be nice but they have no idea what theyre doing and I cant go there anymore. Theyve given such wrong advice and damaged my hair. That bubbling boiling bleach volcano crap was ready to go into my hair.

Typical non experts working in a store that have no product knowledge or know anything about clippers. I asked the blonde haired lady i believe shes the manager which clipper i should buy and she says they are all the same. Then a different time i asked for holding spritz and they said they dont carry that, i looked around and they have it in the moose section with a bunch of different other kinds. Bunch of idiots i swear and little french girl has an attitude the short one with black hair no real experience in the feild

I would give them zero stars if I could. The people working here will smile in your face and talk about your appearance along with other customers. The catty behavior, lack of knowledge on their product and overall laziness is shocking

Pretty good service and the girl with the green hair is very knowledge about the products. Helped me fix my hair after a huge mistake. Told me how to fix it and what products to use. Helped me extremely well.
