The young ladies act like they dont want to be there to work gossiping at the register unfamiliar with products they dont make any recommendations point and walk away thats what the young lady did I ended up leaving and going to another beauty supply store maybe theyre to young and dont appreciate the money and opportunity in this economy today give the job to somebody who really needs it and appreciates it and will have the information ,class and skills that they need to build a sale and give Sally an excellent reputation in the community or bottom line THEY NEED TRAINING.

Owner is very rude and hot headed. She needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and know when to just let it go. On top of that, they tried to charge us an additional $10 which they took off after it was pointed out at the register. Strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere. Shops run by people like that dont deserve your business at all.

Terrible, I bought hair extensions there, and three staff members told me I could come back the next day, without the package opened and the receipt and I could return it, but they lied to make the sale. Bad customer satisfaction and they were very rude when i went back to return it.
