This place is s total scam! One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. First. They sent the wrong chairs. And after I took many pictures and videos that was requested ny the owner and sent them to the owner, Vahan, he denied and made an excuse as to why he could not send the correct chairs. Secondly, the chairs were completely wrapped in plastic and had to be taken apart In order to get the plastic off. The bases have plastic lifters on the bottom of the bases so they do not lay flat to the ground like a traditional styling chair. It lifts the chair at least an additional inch making the chairs extremely high which is horrible for my stylists, and clients have to practically jump up into the chairs. THESE CHAIRS HAVE INJURED CLIENTS as they are TIPPING AND FALLING out of the chair when the lean forward to get up or in the chair. The foot rest sits so high that every day clients are tripping on the chair and as of lately a client fell to the floor and badly injured herself. The owner Vahan and Mia Have been a in nightmare !!!and completely unreasonable to work with. Asking to send video after video and picture after picture to prove that the chair are not what we ordered and hazardous and after doing what they request to get my chairs that I had originally ordered, they tell me that its the clients fault and that they should not be putting there feet on the foot rest when they are trying to get in and out of the chair. Vahan has been defensive, unprofessional and sent aggressive and defensive emails stating that he refused to defuse the situation and make it right. If you are a stylist and salon owner, I would think twice about ordering any chairs or salon equipment from him and his company. It has been a horrible horrible experience.

This company is a scam. I purchased two facial steamers from them. One came broken and the other is on its way out. I sent it back to them and they insisted I had broken it. I have been in the industry for many years and know how to work a steamer. There were pieces of plastic inside the steamer itself when I unpacked it and now the same is happening to the other one. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not do business with Source One Beauty. There are plenty of other reputable companies.
