There was a fat guy there and he was the biggest douche bag I ever met in my entire life. He was extremely condescending and I got ripped off horribly. He treated my roommate like she was a child and couldnt handle her money. He also placed the money in her hand and then took it back out like he was toying with her or something. He also wouldnt do a transaction with me because my licence was expired, but its still a valid form of Identification. I had to make my roommate do the whole transaction. They offered her 60 bucks for a basically new 32GB Ipad... went to the other pawn shop and got 120 for it. He also tried to give me 10 bucks less at the last second but he wasnt getting away with that crap! If someone who works there reads this.. please fire the bald guy whos fat with glasses. He was extremely unprofessional and mean! Buy here but dont sell EVER. They took my 400 dollar guitar for 55 bucks.

Its easy to see why the staff is so dismissive, defensive, hostile, or merely unprofessional. By neurotically projecting their misdeeds onto legitimate customers. They are exceedingly helpful and accommodating to local drug addicts who bring them business 5-10 times a week. They constantly return to buy back items they "borrowed" from family, lovers, employers and the like with "hustled" money. In my case one stole my beats by dre and pawned that to get her boyfriends air compressor back in the garage. She re-pawned said compressor the very next day. If you are an honest person in need of a loan, they will make it abundantly clear that they are not in the business of serving you.

I dont make it a point to frequent pawn stores, but I stop in when I see them sometimes. I was surprised by this one. The prices are reasonable on most things. They do price some things a bit high, or have the prices high on things that are clearly broken or missing parts. They also appear to have sales, so prices arent set and I am sure theyd negotiate on things based upon condition. I cannot vouch for pawning things here, as I only go in these places as a prospective buyer, but this place deserves a look, they may have a good deal on a laptop, game console, TV, or even a stereo. Reasonable prices for pawn.

Ive been in this store a grand total of 3 times, and I have no plans on returning. Employees are rude and incredibly unprofessional. A store shouldnt have people swearing profusely within ear shot of customers. Loan terms were not clearly explained and I was provided poor quality responses when I asked for further explanation. Also, this store will not accept cards as a form of payment for loans. EZPawn competitors arent so primitive. All in all, Id say youre better off at Pawn America.

Ive been going here for over a year now and have never came across the fat old man. I had the worst experience ever, thank goodness for the other gentleman working next to him. He was so rude, negative and inconsiderate! I wanted to kick him in the balls! Too bad they cant even fire him because they dont have enough help. You see majority of the comments re: him and is horrid self! But yet nothing is done. I will be writing head quarters, how he treated me was unexeptable!

AWFUL!!! I GET TO THE FRONT DESK TO SELL MY XBOX AND THE BROKER PASSES ON THE SALE BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I HAD TRIED SELLING THE XBOX THERE EARLIER THAT DAY. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD NOT BEEN THERE BEFORE, IN FACT IVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THE PLACE BEFORE TODAY. I EVEN ASKED HIM CHEK THE CAMERAS TO PROVE THAT I HAD NOT BEEN THERE. BUT HE INSISTED THAT I LEAVE. PERSONALLY I FEEL HE WAS JUST BEING LAZY. IN MY OPINION, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH EZ PAWN. ITS NOTHING BUT A JOKE

This place is sketchy to say the least... If your items are new be warned, they will ask for a receipt to accompany the items. They will inform you of that policy at the counter but not beforehand, so again, bring a receipt. Other than that, you get what you came for, pennies when you are in need. Dont be looking for a customer service experience either, zombies have more personality...

This place will absolutely rip you off. Go to Pawn America for a decent price and at least a decent professional person to help you out. The people here are rude and condisending, very unprofessional (Mainly 2 people I saw, some bigger set dude and some female) and have no idea what they are talking about at times.

40 mints waiting for buy an item, i m a regular buyer at the store but the manager, called Seth he dont know how to deal with with customers he is rude and got not manners at all, his customer service skills are bad, really bad the other employees are good but not him.

I actually like this place the service is fair. But in all honesty they should make their tech check everything coming in and before putting out on the floor. Ive had only one issue out of many times shopping there but it was resolved instantly.
