Service was deplorable. I brought in a 20g 18k gold coin from the 1923 opening of the Panama Canal. I didnt expect even full value of the coins precious medal content. The representative had the temerity to claim he didnt believe it was gold even though I the coins composition and purity confirmed by a separate retailer that confirmed the alloy as 18 karat gold using a ICP-OES spectrometry. I would have been will to negotiate within reason but my suspicion is that this shop preys on the ignorant making it the lowest form of business in existence. So dont go to this shop unless you want to be accused of trying to sell fake precious metals or have half a clue about how these businesses operate.

They say that they pawn for 1/3 retail price....but I still got shorted like $70 for pawning my tablet which retail price is 399! They only gave me 80 bucks for it....nice scatterbrained people there though. ...
