First off, If I could give this location a negative or a zero I would. Let me just say that I live in Frisco and occasionally stop at this location to buy a few things. I am married and my husband and I own a home in Frisco. Evidently, I do not live close but the employees here are very incompetent, by constantly overcharging or not completely understanding the return process and making constant errors. I have to keep returning as a result of their errors. The owner is racist. She categorizes every minority as poor, broke and she is rude if you question her. I hope this place goes out of business one day. The owner is extremely rude, angry and bitter. She hires blacks only to make it appear as if she accepts all. The white cops guarding the door and constantly watching as if i will steal something is comical rather. My husband and I have superb careers and do not have to steal. The owner yelled that I should not mess up her business simply because I challenged her one day. She is loud and thuggish. I will pray for all the bigots and racists that exist. I do not recommend this racist business if it was the last one on earth. Oh and if the owner ever reads this, yes I am black (non African American) and one day you will mess with the wrong lady who will make you feel like the animal in which you portray eventually you will shut down your business. You are the epitome of unprofessional. I am not sure with the high level of anger in you, how you run such a business. The concept of customer service is apparently not practiced here, instead- racism, prejudice, biasness, and constant racially profiling blacks. Absolutely disgusting.

Came to look for a wig with my girl to use for animefest. But as soon as I walked in the owner approached me and following around then he asked us what do we need, so I said we are looking for pink wig, and he asked me if I was Korean. I said yes since I am, and I was going to wig section with my girl. All of sudden he stopped me and said hell assist her seeing the wig, I asked him why, and he said it because since Im Korean, I might be from competitor store and steal the information. I mean what the f? He ruined my good Sunday noon not only that he discriminated me and made us upset. So i was walking out, and he commented with clearly loud voice, that we shouldnt even been here if we werent gonna buy anything. I probably never made my time to check this store and went to somewhere nearby my home.

They are very racists and has poor customer service,i went there two days ago i came out so disappointed,the Asian lady who was suppose to attend to me pretented not to see me and continue scrolling her phone,that was so rude.I just have one question for you..do you think people are coming there to beg?you should not underestimate anyone,we have money,and do you really know the concept of a business? I do not recommend anyone to shop at this store dont even think about it.There are a lot of good stores who embrace each and every individual.

This is the only beauty supply store I will be going to from here on out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the security guard is great, prices are affordable, and the selection is way bigger and better than most beauty supply stores around. This is definitely your best bet if youre looking for the complete package.
