This is the worse company i have EVER bought my salon products through. Not only are the "hair associates" know NOTHING of the products they are selling, but each location has someone even more stupid than the last one. Garland location is the absolute worse, if you ever talk to a person named Amanda im not sure if shes a manager or a secretary but shes is the absolute most rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone, she is NO HELP what so ever. I feel so sorry for any of the people that work there or have worked there in the past. Whoever the owner, is obviously a person that knows nothing of the hair industry or he wouldnt let these awful people try to run his stores. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place has the most unprofessional manager Ive ever tried to do business with. I tried ordering a product from this woman and she acted like I was making her do something an over her pay rate. She told me to come back on the 11th to pick up my order but when I got there, there was no product to pick up because she had not put in any order. Instead she lied and said they ran out(the store on monfort was nice enough to order me one though)
