I have been going to this place for it for three years. But tonight the owner was the most rudest man Ive ever seen. He pointed his fingers in my face like he wanted to assault me for a good three minutes because their card reading machine shut down in the middle of my transaction. Thankfully I checked my bank account to see if the transaction went through because I read the card reader and it said "approved" right after it turned back on. The owner try to have me paid for my item twice. I showed him my bank account transactions and he did not believe me. Instead he proceeded to yell and curse at me pointing in waving his hands in my face. He did not come down into the man who was in line behind me threatened to call the police. I cannot believe this happened . I was so embarrassed. He treated me as if I was a thief when obviously I was not trying to still eight $8.99 item. They really need to work on their customer service from a management standpoint. I will not be going to the Plano location either and I am removing myself from the email list. I see now that I need to patronize my beauty products from with in my community. Ive seen people be disrespected from management at mini beauty supply stores but I felt that if I remain respectful which I did, I would receive respect in return. #buyblack

Well, I came to this store to but jewels for my daughters hair so I started looking around didnt see them then walked to another aisle when I backed up I ran into the lady I saw when I walked an didnt think anything of it but then looked again an the lady was following me like in the movie " Menace to Society" so then I asked the lady to come here so I could ask her something and politely gave her back the jewels that I was about to purchase and walked out

Great Deals but they watch you shop the whole time I stopped going to this one because they be so hard up your going to steal fRom them but your actually buying from them smh so now I go to a Arabian beauty store in Garland less hassle no hurry up in buy type of ppl

I went here with my grandmother and they tried to tax her up to $27 for a wig that was only 19.99 and they sold me a "previously used" wig and charged me full price for it.
