My first few visits were really nice but after the girl left (tatiana) Ive been back several times and each time Ive been ignored or not helped. The first few times the same girl wouldnt acknowledge me and when I approached her for help she wouldnt look at me and simply told me nothing was in stock, the times after that Ive stood waiting for help for an excess of 15 minutes, and when I was approached by an employee asking if I needed help I couldnt even finish the word "yes" before they turned around and left me by myself. Ive noticed I get treated poorly when Im not done up and Im treated better when I have a full face on. Of course their faces and attitudes change when I pull out my vib rouge card. Just disappointed I go in intending to spend at least $100 and I get treated like a broke mall rat because I dont have eyeliner on. I recommend going to any other location in the area because theyre way nicer.

I am so tired of this Sephora location. The associates are rude and if you are needing help you arent going to get it here. It seems as though they have more important things to do than help their customers. I love Sephora but this location is just awful.

I purchased eye cream and moisturizer that ened up being very harsh on my skin. They allowed me to return it within the first 30 days, no problem. The staff was very nice.
