My sister and I had the worst possible experience here. We went to return a gift she got for Christmas. We got into the store and told multiple employees that we were returning and none of them told us that we had to do an even exchange. We waited for 15 mins in line and then got to the front and they said since it was a gift they had to do an even exchange. We got out of line and walked around trying to find something, but we realized that didnt tell us the amount to make the even exchange. Finally, we were ready to check out and their system wasnt allowing us to get the original price for the items..it was giving us the sale price. The cashier was very polite, but didnt know what to do. The supervisor she got to help us was so incredibly rude to us and the to the cashier in front of us. Horrible customer service, store was way too crowded, and horrible gift return process.

Ive been a customer since they opened. Ive even shopped in Lush in other countries. BUT to my disappointment they make it really hard to give feedback about products that arent what they are promoted to be. The truth is that Lush has some very nice products, and nice people in the stores, but they are high priced, set up to maximize the $ you spend while in there. As I mentioned, uninterested in improving customer service. I am going to start shopping elsewhere.

They embody the Lush culture fully, which is to carefully guide you towards products you need, based on your regimen, skin type, etc. Theyre absolutely lovely people, so be careful! Their charm combined with great products will blow through your budget you had in mind for shopping here. Dont ask me how I went from a couple bath bombs for my lady to like $160 worth of amazing products. She loves it all. haha

They just opened a new Large Store which was worth the wait of them being closed for a week! Its stunning and allows more room for shopping. That last store was very crowded at all times, so its nice to see the company evolving with the amount of customers. Such AMAZING service, and phenomenal products!!! Ill shop here for life!

The lady helped me with my skin problem I had I was very impressed she recommended two things the bar for the shower and the lotion she showed me how the bar work oh my gosh it made my hand smooth as a babies butt I cant wait to try it when I get home. I love lush Ill buy every product when I get rich in the future ❤️

Went yesterday for the first time and they really took the time to help me find the right product for my hair type. They showed me how to use the products and products would work for me. They were very approachable and helpful. Couldnt buy all that I wanted but Im definitely planning on going back as soon as possible.

First time being in the store and it definitely wonthe be the last time. The employees were so helpful and very friendly. They all were so knowledgeable about the products and assisted with any questions you had. I have not had that great of customer service in awhile. Thank you guys for going above and beyond =)

Good products but I swear to you I wasnt able to look around without someone constantly asking me to try their products. I really just wanted to shop. I was in there a total of 10 minutes and was approached by 6 different people. It was really a turn off.
