I visited Mac and I ask for help three times, and the personal who worked there, they dont care about the customers, specially the "manager in training"" that was she said she was, I asked for help and she told me, Im sorry Im busy and I didnt take Lunch all day, !!! what a customer service !!!! she doesnt know what she is doing, 2 people besides myself were waiting to be help, nobody help them, they decide to walk out. meanwhile the "manager in training was talking with her coworker " doing nothing... I think this store need better customer service, I was there to buy more than 1 item, I decide to walk out. I just dont recommend this place, they rude and racist, I went to sephora and omg they helped me a lot. if you want make up and be treated good DONT VISIT this location better run to sephora. I rate this Mac location - 0. p.d to the owners.. " hire people with brain, who knows what is the importance to customer service""

This was my first time in a MAC store and it started off with it being National Lipstick Day on a Saturday. I arrived and the place was busy as could be with phones ringing left and right from girls calling to ask if there were any free lippies left. The store had a long line and the attendants/MUA were working as fast as they could, not loosing their cool and being as welcoming as possible. I arrived at the cashier/MUA and she was very kind. The gentlelady ahead of me had taken a while to dispatch but my cashier/MUA stayed calm and friendly. I promise she probably answered 6 calls as she checked us out just to answer questions about free lippies being left. However, the whole time she was kind, courteous and collected. Great job staff! Keep up the good work and youve won a new client !

One of the employees came into my Starbucks (also in the mall) and SCREAMED at us for making her drink wrong. Telling us we "had no brains" and she made a huge scene. We apologized and fixed it but she was biligerent and so over the top about us making a mistake with her drink. Mistakes happen, and lord knows shes not perfect. Wish I didnt havent to admit that she made me cry, but she did. Wish she didnt tell an entire room full of people that I was stupid, but I guess that she just wanted to put somebody down today. If thats the way she treats other people, theres no way Id even consider going to MAC. Wonder what her customer service is like there. On the other hand, one of the employee thats a customer, Cole, is an absolute sweetheart, so if you do go to MAC, only buy from him.

This is the second time I go into the MAC store and not get noticed. Each time I end up helping myself but this time was even worse. I purchased my product and as I was walking out I noticed the person gave me the incorrect color. Yet I thought no big deal right? I walked back in to exchange the foundation for the correct color and when I went to the registrar to the associate that rang me up, he mumbled under his breath that he was not going to help me out.Another associate was kind enough to hear and help me out. I would have understood if I went in rude and aggravating the associate for the incorrect color, yet I was not. I am also in the retail industry and would never treat my customers this way. Horrible customer service.

I came to this MAC store to find a makeup artist for my wedding day. A person who introduced himself as Dustin (instagram "dustedbyd", but everyone at MAC called him Cole) did my makeup, and I wanted to book him to do my wedding day makeup. He agreed to be my makeup artist for my big day, and we kept in touch for months. Wedding day came around, NO SHOW, didnt asnwer any phone calls or text messages!!! 3 hours before my wedding and I was scrambling trying to find anyone to do my makeup! Its been a month since the wedding, and still havent heard anything. Dont go to this MAC store and definitely dont book Dustin for your special event. If I could give zero stars I definitely would!

I was gifted Foundation and Concealer from a relative from the Brand MAC, and I loved it. I ran out and decided to go and TRY to buy some more products. As I walked in to MAC I noticed that nobody greeted my cousin or I. As I tried to make eye contact with with one of the staff and approached her, she turned around and walked the other way. I stood there looking at the different colors of Matte Lipsticks, and no one approached me or helped me out. They werent even busy and there was plenty of staff too. I walked out of there and went to Sephora instead. Sorry MAC but if no one is wanting to help me because of my brown Skin color, I wont give you my money either.

Rude staff.Drama-filled.They wear the makeup yet I have witnessed that they do not care how they apply it or on others during the times Ive been here.Any employees reading this ask yourself what is the true meaning you are working here?Is it to just fill your pockets or actually put a smile on others face?

I love Mac and Macs products but every time I go into this location, I am not greeted ,nor am I helped, I went in there yesterday to return empty containers to recieve a free lipstick, I was in there for 40 minutes before anyone helped me , and guess what I walked out without my lipstick....

I was waiting for some one to help me but after 20 min nothing happen. This Muslim (MUA) girl walked by side like 4 times she even asked me to moved but no help, same with the Indian girl. I guess they were too busy talking with each other instead helping the customers.
