Charleen is very professional and gave me exactly the level of eye makeup that I picked out. I enjoy seeing it every day, its so nice to wake up and not have to fuss! The treatment was made as comfy as possible, and I healed up with no problems. She gives you great follow up, with care instructions and explains what you can realistically expect over time. Great customer service and a nice overall experience - she makes sure youve gotten what you want from the procedure.

If you are thinking about permanent makeup, contact Charleen. She was very professional and caring. She took time with me so that I was getting the look that I wanted. I had the eyelash enhancement procedure done and I absolutely love it. I am planning to go back to have the eyeliner procedure done as I have "hooded" eyelids which makes it impossible for me to wear eye liner.
