I love Lush, so much so I would likely be termed a Lushie." But I dont love this store. In fact, I could go as far as to say it was a terrible in-store experience. I know enough to know that Lush, as a brand, prides itself on being able to connect with their customers in the store. In this store, I wasnt spoken to once. There was no help to be had. It wasnt the "experience" that Lush global wants to serve up. Beyond this, the store was dirty, disgusting. The " fresh" face masks looked like they had been out for weeks, maybe months. The bowls and dishes displaying products were empty. Tubs of dirty water were not appealing in the slightest. I can say for certain, as a Lushie, I will never visit this store again and I will be sure to tell other fellow local Lushies to visit another Lush store in the Dallas area.

I love lush products and i can name many good things about their products. Their customer service is very good, whenever i go there is someone assisting me and their bath bombs and shower jellies are very mousturizing. Their products are very healthy for your skin like the face masks and new skin products. I personally love this place overall.

My daughter got me stuff for Christmas - soap, bath treatment, shower cream and others. I truly love it. Grest for my skin. I am willing to drive 2 hrs from Tyler to go to Lush store and purchase products. I cant wait to go to this store. Highly recommended..

Extremely helpful, informed and enthusiastic staff! Needed help finding products that fit my skin type and they helped me find exactly what I needed. They even let me take home a sample product so I could make sure it worked for me. 10/10 would recommend
