Went inside with my wife and kids. My wife has an IPhone but service on her sim drive is with cricket and she wanted to change her phone but since she had an iPhone they said we would have to go to Wal-Mart up the street to have to buy another iPhone for her to change a phone out...HER SERVICE IS WITH YALL... Stupid and I think the ladies that work there were rude and inconsiderate, but its ok the Cricket in Poteet gave excellent customer service even though it was a little Cricket shop...

I would give them zero stars if possible. The customer service there is terrible and they force you to buy the bundle package. You cant just buy the phone and the service. I dont like what they have for choices of cases. I do not believe that they are worth $50. I ordered a phone and and my own case. I went in and they told me that I had to buy theirs. Well you lost another customer. I am now going to the location in Poteet. Thanks for nothing.

anything you buy at this store i. plesanton, tx is a scam, same phone any other cricket store you pay way less this store forces you to buy case and screen protector and insurance on phones then charges you to bundle. It is,a fing joke. DO NOT SHOP HERE
