Very bad experience. I would never go back again. I took my phone late December said it would take three days,didnt happen.I called,no answer. Showed up Jan 7 again, fed me bs and that they changed their number. So Abraham gave me their new number and that they would have my phone ready in a few days ,didnt happen. Went back February 21st Abraham said its been too long so Im cancelling the order and refunding your money back and for me to give him till Thursday the 23rd to put my phone back together,didnt happen. Showed up March 7 a lady is complaining and bitching says they had her phone too long wasnt ready. She asked for her phone,they couldnt find it till after 30 mins. Finally im next, just to here Iwill not be able to refund your money. I can only do store credit. I told Abrahams girlfriend that abraham canceled my order and he was goin to refund my money. She says hes no longer the owner, I am.So no refund for me only store credit,got screwed cant use that money to fix it somewhere else and phone is still not put back together, to give her one more day which is Jan 8. I love it..! I would recommend this place if you want to get ripped off and hear bs you never heard off. Its quite entertaining hearing this clowns BS..!

At first my husband and I thought this would be a good place to go. The phone we got was good and at a good price. My husband is the one who got the phone. Then he cracked the screen, so we took it back to get it fixed. They asked for us to pay before we got it fixed. That was fine and we did not mind. They even gave us an old phone as a loner phone. When we called to see if they were done repairing the phone.... They said they lost his phone! and when they asked for a receipt, we said yes we have a receipt you gave us a hand written one, they said that wasnt good enough and we should have got a printed one. Then they called back like 30 minutes later and said Oh we found it...... After we said we paid with a credit card and had the statement to prove they charged us for it....

I personally knew these people and all they do is give the run around even to people they know.shady, no call no show to there own job, been the same management that supposedly changed, one star to much, they dont even answer the work phone but text from there personal phones then block you, tried going to the store and i see them riding there bikes instead of being at work like they said they would, wouldnt recommend, the reviews are all bad ,&the stars are too much..

Its a good place to go to fix your phone at a fraction of the cost. Many phones have intensive care repairs. In order to save money bring your phone here and let the pros do the repairs. Really, think save money and you get your phone fixed. Whats more important money in your pocket or in someone elses pocket. I known this crew and they aquire professional parts and do thier best to satisfy customers. Where else do they fight for you.

Talked to an employee told me to be here anytime between 11am - 8pm and I waited there 45 minutes and still nobody showed up. Looks like lights are on in there but nobody answers the phone or opens the door. Cringy logo and trashy service. Waste of gas hope the place closes. 1 star is too much for yall, try getting employees that might actually show up on time or even care.

been waiting since jan for my phone paid in full even additional cost he wasnt aware off. he n hes shop have gave me n my girlfriend the run around and excuse after excuse. Needless to say ill still waiting but were priority job. reporting to BBb so please keep eye out on hre n fb to share your experience

They said they would be done in less than two hours but thats not true. I paid for my phone repair and guy calls me tells me he doesnt have the parts to get it done. I guess its a sales pitch to lock you in but thats an old story Ive heard before Im simply going to get my refund.

Horrible customer service, horrible people who run this place. Stay away. They are crooks who will just take your money away and wont perform the services they say they will. Really bad experience. Will never come back and I will tell everyone about how bad this place is.

Two weeks of "we are picking up the parts." it got to the point that they declined answering the phone. This guy is a thief and crook. When they couldnt repair, I asked for a refund. He declined. Watch them fail out of business.
