I found there ad on craigslist to buy a motorola droid and it also said they would flash it to pocket, when i went in they were confused at first about the ad and it was very hard to talk to them considering all of them barley speak any english and have a very heavy accent. i purchased the phone and they said they would have it flashed by 6pm and that i could pick it up at that time, when i went in to pick it up none of them knew what was going on and didnt seem to have any intrest in finding out about my phone. i waited around until after they closed and then they tell me that it would be ready the following day around 3 to 4pm. i called them in advance to see if it was ready and couldnt get an straight answer from there employes until the 3rd time i called them, that employee told me it would probaly be done at about 6pm so i called back at 6 pm and they said they would probaly have it at about closing time, about 30 minutes after closing time they called me and told me that my phone was ready. after testing the phone all the features seem to work other then i havnt tried picture messaging yet. they do have a large selection of phones and phone accesiores also they have many replacement batteries but if you want something flashed expect it to take a while

I give them a 3to see and a 5cause they fixed my issue but I would not go to their m anymore or recommend to anyone because I got there I was like wow another hole in the wall but when I walked in I was surprised phones everywhere like a toy store but once they opened bup there mouth u could see that they didnt know what they were doing tech told me I do think know I just flash the phones and this is a tech I know more about what I was talking about then he did but they did flash my phone in a hour and i could make calls again since Noone could make it work before so that they get five stars phones they were selling rip off all beat up and scratched over priced if u need a quick flash they are good

This business is unethical. This place constantly spams craiglist with very unprofessional ads. They make an eyesore out of the cellphone section on craigslist because they post every single hour adding up quickly. I went to store to see why they spent so much time on their marketing campaign. It was obvious as soon as I walked in why. The place was very dirty and unprofessional. The employees were unhelpful and didnt know much about the products they were trying to sell. They spend so much time spamming to help bring customers into their awful store. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I honestly dont know what these people are going on about!!! I went today to get a new phone and T-Mobile prepaid... They were really helpful in showing me their items and telling me which was the best phones for T-Mo... Everything they had to say was dead on, I would know considering I have an infactuation with Phones and Computers... I got a used HD2 that looked brand spanking new, no scratchs or nothing on the phone... Overall Customer Satisfaction is 100% great... You people just dont know how to talk to a person correctly obviously...

Not recommended to do business with. Guy who answered the phone (Diego) lied about the Thunderbolt being brand new in box. Obvious when I got there the phone was not new: had someone elses phone number in the settings already (contacts had been wiped though), sim card was previously used (which made me make an extra trip to a Verizon store to get a new sim card) and the memory card which comes with the phone brand new was not only not there, but there was NO memory card in the slot.

I got scammed to be specific. first they had took my phone and advised me to come back for it monday. I came back they told me it was fixed and they charged me 40 dollars. It is still not repaired, so i took it back then they had charged me another 20, and I received my phone today, but it is still malfunctioning. These non-English speaking clerks could not yet fix my iphone, but still drained my wallet.

Dont come here!! this store sucks, NONE of the guys who work there know what they are doing. very unprofessional. They will false advertise, they will lie to you, they will take your money, With no refunds whatsoever! and if you go back, they will take your money again. If somethings goes wrong with the phone theyll just say you did something to it or that they cant do anything about it.

I bought a BB torch 980p here 3 years ago for 100, came back the next year it RAISED by 25$. I told him he said "oh ok 100$" then So I said "well its shouldnt it have lowered more???". He then proceeded to hush me out of the store with hand gestures while saying "nononono get out". These guys will sell you a flip phone for its original price man, Im serious.

Store is dirty and disorganized. The employees are rude. They advertise constantly on Craigslist, so when I needed a phone case I decided to go there. It looks like a shady place from the outside, and looks even worse inside. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I gave up and left. I went home and ordered my phone case on Amazon.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The two owners yelled at our faces in front of other customers. Walked away, yelled, ignored us and simply gave us the worst service. Once we were leaving, they had the audacity to ask if we would like to buy a screen protector as if nothing had happened. 0 out of 5. Do not recommend at all.

Had my IPhone repaired a couple weeks ago because I had a cracked screen and the process was very easy and inexpensive. I have not had any issues since and would highly recommend this service. I also bought a new case and charger for half the price I had seen anywhere else. Nice store.

Loved the customer service these guys have . They are very polite and well mannered .. if you ever need a phone or your phone fix ......THIs WOULD be THE place to get it fixed .. ask for Rick Or Mike BEST in the business!!!!

Sent my HTC 8X for fixing. The people are very rude and took the money and the phone does not charge. Showed the owner the poor quality of techs job, Please avoid this place like the plague.
