Funny the last review I posted got deleted.... Must be nice to have 5 stars only because you delete the bad ones. I had recently published a review that told how my early upgrade is costing me almost $800.00 or 25.00 per month plus a 199.99 fee up front and how the manager Michael had told me that after the 199.99 and as long as I turned my old phone that there would not be any other charges. Not true according to my Verizon customer service rep and my bill.... I left message at the store level for a return call and am yet to receive one and have also contacted the District rep and he told me he would call me back once he reviewed my account.....THIS HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AGO... I have never had a bad experience at Verizon, but this really takes the cake to say.... and ps Verizon, Im taking a picture of this review in case its deleted like the last one was. Jeff

I want to let Verizon know that Cory Bond,, a great tech at the store in Pleasanton, TX helped me so very much with setting up a new upgraded phone! When my phone stopped working. He took great care to see that I was getting a phone that was going to meet my needs and helped me be comfortable with it! He was so easy to talk to an made me feel I wasnt stupid! His skills talking with other Techs amazed me but he always made sure they were understud that I hadnt damaged my phone deliberately an it needed to be replaced. I appreciate all his hard work an kindness!

Came into the store just 5 minutes to closing all I needed was to get my sim card changed. Cory Bond did an excellent job of actually waiting to make sure that my situation and needs were met. Just having got off of a 14 hour shift I was not looking forward to have to stay too long and was surprised at how fast he was able to help me. I am now walking out the door with a fully functioning phone. And will definitely be telling my friends and family to come and speak with him.

I came into the Pleasanton store today & was helped by Michael Sanchez who was the best. He explored all the alternatives that could possibly be done to fix my phone. It was to no avail because a person in the Floresville store did a factory reset before backing everything up & I lost it all. Mr. Sanchez tried everything and was very professional. Cudos to Mr. Sanchez. But boohoo I lost everything.

I came into this location and saw Marc Herrera. I had a few question about my phone and he took good care of me. I decided to come here and see how the service was and Marc gave me wonderful service! This was one of the best experiences Ive had at a Verizon store. Walking in I was greeted with smiles and the store had a great feel to it. Michael and Arliss helped me set up all my new devices and made sure I had everything I needed before I traveled back home. I highly recommend this store and the staff. I will defiantly return in the future.

Every time I go into this Verizon, the service is so friendly, helpful, and the store is very organized. The store manager Michael and his staff always help me figure out how to use my phone and tablet. Im never rushed out of the store whenever I have tons of questions. I came in the store to have my dinosaur phone information transferred to my new phone and was greeted my Miss Andrea with great energy and enthusiasm. She did a great job showing me how to operate the new phone and also added all my apps and email accounts. Customer service at this location was outstanding!! Will definitely be back!!

At first me and my wife were disappointed we had to wait a little longer than usual. Then we were informed by Mr.Morales he was the only rep on the floor. He showed so much patience and determination to get the job done while dealing with multiple people. Will def come back when we come back from our trip!
