My husband and I purchased phones here a few months back. We also traded in a IPhone 6 plus for a new phone. The women told us the trade would go towards the installment fee of the new phone will this was not the case. I got a LGV10 and itll not take a charge. I took it to the store which the girl immediately said the phone was no good and I shouldve gone with a Samsung. She told me to call warranty but before that she said I owed $600 still for the phone. At first it didnt even cross my mind about what the women said when we traded in the IPhone so I went home to look for the paper work. The paper work I had stated there was 17 out of 30 payments made so after chatting to customer service we went back to the store were the girl who helped us was extremely rude.....we explained what happened and they proceed to tell us the girl who helped us with The phones was wrong and the trade in did not go towards the LGV10,but went to pay the iphone off. We were then told nothing they could do and go home call warranty and see what they could do. Not only that but they didnt say thank you or anything...RUDE! After almost an hour on the phone my husband had,had it. The only option we had was to either do the warranty and get the same phone again or to get a poor quality Samsung.....to pay $600 for a phone that doesnt work,false information given,poor customer service and no one stepping up to fix the issue, we are leaving At&T and going to a different company who knows what their doing. Our bill is also suppose to be due the 15th of every month but they always charge us on the 5th,following late fees! Weve been customers for years and its sad they couldnt do more. Not only that but they overcharge! Almost $300 a month for 2 phones and 15GB (which we never use it all) RIDICULOUS will be telling family and friends to not use this store or AT&T after this awful experience!

I walked into this store, 2 workers are standing around on their phones, no greeting or anything. We see the male manager outside smoking having an argument on his phone with someone. We walk in to upgrade 2 lines. All we got was "Ill be with you in a minute" Manager walks in and stands at a table, doesnt say anything or ask if we need help. Another customer walks in (female) the manager immediately looks up "how can I help you maam?" The "sales associate" she didnt even give her name or had a nametag, walks over we tell her we want to upgrade 2 lines, she turns her back and walks away from us. I am now driving into San Antonio to get my upgrades!! Worst experience ever with AT&T.

Emily Brown was the rudest, unfriendly clerk at your store. She only answered in one word answers when asking about a screen cover for a phone. I guess since she wasnt going to make much commission, she didnt see the point of smiling or being friendly. When I trained for AT&T, I had to apologize to the customer for their inconvenience even if it was their fault, smile at the customer & make sure all their needs were taken care of. Hope my next experience in this store is not this bad!
