I left Sprint about two years ago. I was with Sprint for 14 years and I figure I spent approximately $32,000 for phone service during that time. That is just nuts to think about but I left them because their service diminished A LOT through the years. I transferred my service to T Mobile and have used the store in Murphy at least 4 times and have always had a GREAT service when going into the store. The customer service people, although all very young, have always had a good attitude when I have been in the store. This is not the norm for other places where young people (18-28) are working...as we all know these days, you get a lot of attitude when you request help from the young folks these days. I cannot remember everyones name in the store but today Alexa and the Store Manager (Latin dude) helped me out and they were beyond GREAT!!! I really appreciate you all and I look forward to doing future business with T Mobile. I hope the service stays consistent and as great as it has been the last two years.

Ive encountered 3 problems with this store out of the three times that Ive been there. I had a few questions to ask and as I called to talk to one of them, a guy named Richie, the assistant manager, picked up and before I finished talking, he hung up, even after I asked him, "could you give me a sec?" Now for the manager, Terrence, it seemed like he discriminates against others. As I walked into the store, he was helping an American, but when it was my turn to be helped, he said someone will be with me shortly and walked off to talk to other employees, when I was in a hurry to go somewhere. I was not the first time that had happened and I am very disappointed with the service that is given. Some of the employees would give you attitudes that you would not expect when you first walked into the store. Throughout conversations, it feels like they are yelling at you rather than talking politely to you.

Trouble shot our phones to add contacts for elder who has cognitive issues. All 3 phones are now shut down, broken contacts ( cannot add or find exhisting, camera no longer working and contacts same issue, contacts problem on 3rd phone) Breeched privacy to the extent accounts were intermingled. Did not bill properly. Did not give a new phone to the gentleman I advocate for a new phone that he has a Warranty on. Charged him full price. Anytime I was not with him, he sat for 4 to 5 hours for any support. Spent hours at the store and on phone. Fully documented. This store needs a tech, not just Sales people . This month his bill is out of sight, requiring store manager to trouble shoot bill. Elder abuse to the nth degree. Sadly, a 1. If that.

So i have an lg g4 that bit the dust. Thank goodness I had insurance because it was replaced for 5 bucks. But once i got my new phone, i realized none of my pictures were on my sd card. I was heart broken because my kiddos kindergarten graduation pics were on there. The people at this store really tried very hard to help me recover my photos. They couldnt get them back, but let me try and i was eventually able to get them off the phone. I was really appreciative that they let me come back to the store and mess with the phone after i had already turned the dead phone in to try to recover the photos. They were very helpful. :)

These guys are IDIOTS! Absolutely no customer service. They made my wife feel like she was an idiot for asking a question that the 800 T Mobile customer service people told her to ask. We will never return to this store. And we werent even trying to ask for something for free! We were trying to BUY a phone and they treated us that badly. Imagine if we were asking for some service instead of trying to purchase something?! NEVER again!

I tried to avoid this store as far as possible. Yesterday I had to go there. There are two reps "Mathew" and "Darlyn" and they were very shabby CR. Absolutely no sense of customer service. No help at all. Treat customers like as if they are nobody. But other guy who was african america (tall) and he helped and provided good service with courtesy. Overall I dont have a good feeling for this store and CR at this location.

Worst store ever!!!!! I tried getting my boyfriend the note 4 but apparently they never have it in the two weeks that I have called and asked (I call every day) and on top of that when I ask to speak with a manager he is always busy and can never attend to the phone for a simple question (whats the point on putting me on hold for a half hour if they are not going to speak to me)!!!!

Ive always had a great experience when dealing with this location. Their manager Terrence is a great guy I always upgrade my phones with him. If you encounter any problems I suggest talking to a manager at any type of company you deal with.

T-Mobile store in Murphy is horrible. They rush you out and if youre not buying big expensive phone they really dont spend any time with you. Bad experience and I will never go there again.

Been there a couple of times and I always get good service. Sure, the wait is usually long but thats out of their control, and frankly, quite usual when dealing with phones almost anywhere.
