They were courteous, friendly and worked on my iPad Air til it was fixed. This shop apparently handles more complicated repairs. Was sent to this shop on Buckingham by their shop on Broadway BLVD in Garland, which seems to deal primarily with smart phones. Had cracked screen, I thought, but turns out that the protective lucite(?) was cracked after Ipad slid to floor with low impact. Another unrelated store had replaced the screen and added plastic screen, but within two months it was broken. I didnt take it back to the original repair shop because I doubted the quality of their work. Saw good reviews about Fixaphone and gave them a try. They diagnosed a cracked screen protector and they said touch screen was replaced incorrectly. It took two trips to have successful repair. The IPad was repaired in about 2 hours. Was told to return if there was malfunction. Sure enough, two days later the screen became erratic, as if an invisible hand was touching the screen. Took it back. This time l left it with them over the weekend. They found a damaged ribbon cable and repaired it no charge. Im not 100% sure the problem was caused by their first attempted repair, but they fixed it, no questions asked and worked hard to please me. Its about 6-7 miles further from me than other shops, but I trust their integrity and competence. Will use them again. Cost of screen repair was competitive.

Saw an ad on craigslist for a great deal on replacing my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone screen. The glass was broken, but not the lcd. Called the number on the ad, confirmed the price and the address (which was a different location) and went up there, only to have the guy at the different store try to scam me. (Told me something like because my screen was too broken, they couldnt take all the glass off? Which it doesnt matter how much its broken, as long as the LCD still works.) So I called the guy on the phone again (who was very helpful and nice) and he directed me to this location and told me to ask for Moe. I get there less than an hour before closing (which it takes about an hour to replace it) and they checked my phone in front of me, showed me that everything was working, and honored the price on their ad. They stayed later to fix my phone, were very honest, and charged me about half of what other places do. All of the workers here were very nice and made a frustrating experience into a positive one. I tend to not trust repair places, but theyve showed me otherwise. I will definitely go here again if I need any repairs.

I was treated very unfairly at this location? I called and was provided a quote. Arrived in less than 5 minutes. Was advised it would take 15-20 minutes. No problem. They took my phone to the back. These other people walked in... about 15 minutes after me. They were very rude and aggressive . So rude and aggressive that I almost recorded the interaction. They had the same exact phone I had. Their phone was just way more cracked than mine and their LCD needed to be repaired... in which they made a big deal about the pricing. I stayed the whole 45 minutes they were preparing my phone. The other people left. As soon as they walked in... their phone was finished. So I spoke up and asked why/how was their phone finished before mine when I had been waiting and we had the same exact phone and my phone required less work?! Their response "we had a different technician working on it!" Total BS! I advised them that I would never be coming back there again as I felt they were treated as if they were superior vs myself! My phone was finished 10 minutes later! Right when they were closing!

If I could give them no stars I would. I walked in one day with a broken iPhone 6 screen (popping out and internal cracks), and they fixed it. I thought all was well the first day, and my screen was fine. However, the next couple of days I realized my phone would say "Searching..." or "No Service" where the signal was supposed to be. I read online that the cause of this could be when you get your screen replaced, so I went back to the store. The man at the front tried to tell me that my iPhone 6 that I have had for two years, paid for fully when I first bought it has been put on the "lost/stolen list" which is why it wasnt working. He then tried to convince me to pay $80 for them to take it off the list for the signal to come back. This place might not scam each and every one of their customers, but they definitely got me. After days of no service and my cell phone carrier not being able to do anything for me, I have to buy an iPhone 7 much sooner than I had expected to. I am NEVER recommending this place to any one I know, they are a bunch of scammers.

I had the charging port replaced but then my Bluetooth wouldnt work properly. I went back and they replaced the charging port again and the Bluetooth still wouldnt work properly. A couple of weeks later I noticed the camera flash/flashlight wouldnt work so I went back again. They showed me that the charging port wasnt even close to the Bluetooth antenna or the flashlight connections. I was then told they could put a new "kit" in at no charge which apparently would replace various components at once. I told them to go for it. The flashlight now works and I have my Bluetooth back as well. Bottom line: Even though I went to them 3 times they were very courteous and professional each time. They got the problem corrected and didnt even try to charge for any additional work. I will say check their internet price list though before going in because it stated $35 for the charging port but they said $45 when I got there. I told the man at the counter about the Internet price and he said ,no problem, $35.

Brought a broken screen phone here to fix based on reviews. They didnt have the part in stock, so I swapped my phone screen to save the info on the broken phone. Everything seemed fine and I would have given five stars BUT later that evening, opening the camera for the first time since the screen was replaced, the camera failed. When I brought it back, it was determined the hardware was damaged. Earlier they said they would fix the camera at no charge over the phone, just bring the receipt. I brought the receipt. They said the process was risky and would have to charge labor. Dont make promises you cant keep. Beware the promise of replacement if they cant repair it. Wasted 45 minutes driving bc they said they could fix it. I would take a picture, but my camera is still broken. Disappointed bc the first experience here was great.

My iphone 6 screen cracked so bad, the lcd was not working either. Ive looked around town for cell phone repair stores and FIXAPHONE came first with great reviews. In addition, while talking about cell phone service, my co-worker coincidence mentioned about FIXAPHONE as well. This also assured me to bring my phone to this store for repair. So I went and i was so amazed on how they do their repair, fast, great price, great customer service. The senior technician came out to explain all the details regarding to what they were about to fix. Once the repair was done, the manager came out to talk to me about the service and the warranty they offered. I walked out with their store with an appreciation. I strong recommend anyone to come to the this store for service.
