Worst experience ever! I would not recommend anyone bring their vehicle to the Mesquite location for detailing. I purchased a Groupon for interior detailing for $85 (picture of what it included attached). I dropped my car off at 1:00 pm and came back at 5:00 pm to pick it up. The door jams were still dirty, seats were not cleaned - not even wiped down, there were still crumbs on the floor of my vehicle and in the cup holders, the trunk had not been touched and the doors were still dirty. When I showed the manager - Ramone Mitchell, he began to argue with me. He told me their tools couldnt pick up the crumbs and that the Groupon didnt cover anything else despite the fact that the Groupon was very specific about what it covered and all of those things were included. I reached down and picked the crumb up myself smh. It wasnt until my cousin started taking pictures of the horrible job and recording the managers disgusting interaction with me - a paying customer - that he switched up his tune and took the car in the back to have done what was supposed to have been done to begin with. They finally finished at 9:00 pm. Ill never go back and I am definitely contacting corporate and sending all the pictures from my cousins phone so they can see how their customers are treated at this location. At this point I would rather have a dirty car than to have put any money into this locations pocket.

I came to this store to have led lights added to the inside and outside of my truck. First thing I like to say is dont use car toys (or at least this car toys). They were very quick to try and sell me new radio and speakers when they hadnt even delivered on the lights in my truck. They told me 6 hours and I had an appointment at 12:30 and dropped it off at 11:00am. Let just say Im writing this review from car toys store well after closing and they told me it may be another hour. This location has very poop support after you get your work started. They make tons of promises of what they can do went you first get here, but I promise you will fail to deliver on time and in the customer service. Im not paying for all these additional hours they are working in my truck. Take my advice do it come here for lights to get installed. I dont know the cause of the time being off, could be they started late (which they said they started in time) or they just really dont know what they are doing and this is taking an addition 4 hours they didnt count on. Just beware.

I was very, very pleased with the service I got from these car pros. I purchased a new car radio, got it installed. But later, noticed the installation mustve blown a dashboard light. I called, they said "bring it back, well make it good." I took it back, I have an older F150 so they actually ORDERED THE PARTS from FORD ---and they fixed it. I was so pleased, not just at the service--- but the genuine care they took. These guys are professional---and they really do care about good, solid customer service. Thank you again guys! Yall rock! (And now, so do I, with my car radio/cd/bluetooth etc). yay!

This was my first time at Car Toys and let me say this, I enjoyed the experience. They had a wide selection of speakers for my truck that I was looking to replace. Service was great, got all my questions answered and very well taken care of. Great staff offering information on products that can make my truck look a whole lot better. Just an excellent place to get everything needed to satisfy your entertainment need.

Nothing but good experiences. Ramone was not pushy and asked me what I wanted. Thats so nice to not have product pushed onto you. Joey who is the installer is one of the best and gets things quick, clean, and clean. I love this place. This is my go-to to shop.

Staff seems knowledgeable. I wish there was a way to schedule an installation with sitting there forever. Best thing is to drop off the car and come back at night. Prices are above average unless you find something on sale. Overall selection is good.

Customer service is terrible. Set an appointment, but they didnt get to my vehicle until an hour and a half after appointment time. Took twice as long to get the job done as they said.
