So... My car battery was deemed bad by NTB after I had to get a tire changed. NTB wanted to charge me $187 for a new one on my Infiniti for parts and labor. After a little bit of searching, I saw I could buy a battery with a three year warranty from Batteries Plus with an included 36 month warranty for $112 (costs an extra $40 at OReilly) AND they install your battery for FREE. Cant beat that! Thank you Marvin and Paul for making my experience here a happy one!

Ordered on-line; same day received a phone call from my local store advising projected delivery date in a few days ;repeated the process for another battery; a few days later received two emails advising that eacah order had been fulfilled; went to my local store and was welcomed by a very friendly man who said "Ive got your batteries right here!" Escellent experience!

Screen from different model put in my phone by them. Screen broke and they admitted that they put the wrong screen in but only offered a discount to put the right screen instead of replacing the screen all together. Manager of store could care less if the customer was taken care of or not. Giving 1 star because I cant give zero stars. Buyer beware!

Great experience!!! Great customer service!!! The employees are very polite and knowledgeable about the product. Recently got my iphone 6s fixed there it was done quickly and it looked brand new. They even convinced me to buy an Otter Box case for my phone lol. I will definitely go back for my phone services and anything else i may need in the future.

Terrible customer service FROM THE OWNER! They replaced my sons iPhone screen a week ago and it broke 2 days after because they put the screen on wrong but claimed he dropped it so it wasnt under warranty. Also, they had put the wrong screen on the phone in the first place. Terrible work and terrible service.

Horrific customer service! What is the point of having a warranty of your not going to honor it. People have lives and jobs to get back to. The run around is not necessary! Thanks for absolutely nothing! Work on accommodating your customers, and actually have products in stock.

This store is wonderful. I bought online. They didnt have the full quantity in the store I chose. The manager drove across town after calling me and got the rest of my batteries. I was very happy that I did not have to pick up twice. This is excellent customer service.

Love this new feature to buy online and pick up at a selected store. So convenient. Plus I was needing a watch battery for an old 70s watch and you had it in stock when other "big box" retailers didnt. Thank you!

I have lived in the area for 16 years and use to go to the other location on 78 many times before for watch battery replacement. I get my batteries here and they stand behind their work and products.

Every time I need a replacement battery or bulb BPB is the first place I go and I havent had to go else where. Very courteous staff, clean store, and good stock. Why go anywhere else? 5 stars!

Would not take back a battery that didnt work because the package was open. Havent figured out how to know that without opening a package. Do not expect good service.
