Would rate this store a zero if allowed. Just got back from Sprint corporate store and discovered that the Murphy Sprint store (not corporate) signed us up for a two year contract for adding a phone to existing plan and WE bought the phone. I expressly told them NO contract and they assured me there was not. Watch yourself and go to the Sprint corporate store by Collin Creek Mall for better service!

would give a zero if i could. Pretty much after wasting time at this store they ended up saying i would need to go to the sprint store on 75 in order to get help...Very rude about it as well. The sprint store on 75 though? Very professional and able to get everything i needed done. Go there instead.
