Wow! Kind of long story, but I took my sons phone to a place over on Lake Forest. Huge mistake. They replaced the screen ok, but almost immediately we had problems with the actual phone itself. The power button was not working at all. So, we returned to the store and thats when we found out you never take your phone to a phone repair/vapor bar! After bickering with the repair person until I thought I would go to jail, he "fixed" screen again. Well, it seems whatever he did was just a temporary fix to get me out of his store. Phone was still messed up. Now the screen was popping off and totally disabled. So, instead of returning and risk really taking a ride to Collin County, I took it to CPR Cell Phone in McKinney. What a great place! Fast repairs right in front of you! Extremely knowledgeable employees who showed me exactly what the idiot had done to my sons phone. He had glued the screen down! A screen that didnt even "fit" his phone. So, they replaced the screen and cleaned up the mess the other place made. Phone is in EXCELLENT condition now. Lifetime Warranty!! Super friendly people. I will recommend this place to everyone who needs cell phone repair! Very happy with them.

My iPhone 6 screen popped out in the corner and was displaying crazy colors. I wasnt sure what happened to it. I have a teething 7 month old who is obsessed with my phone and I assume slobber, biting, dropping may have been the cause. Either way, we have insurance through t-mobile, but I thought I would stop in CPR Cell Phone Repair first and I am SO GLAD I did. They had my phone fixed in less than 30 minutes and it works and looks brand new! On top of that the staff is SUPER friendly. The woman who helped me was informatative, helpful, and knowlageable. They matched my cell phone insurance payment. With t-mobile I would have had to wait a week (or longer) to receive a phone in the mail. With CPR I had it back same day....... On a Sunday! Highly recommend!!

First time to ever have a cracked screen and of course its 2 weeks before my wedding which as most women know is MAJOR crunch time! Super vital to have a line of communication that wont slice your fingers open. Poorvi was soo sweet, so accommodating and just overall wonderful to do business with. My phone was done in about 20 minutes and was cheaper than anywhere else I called PLUS it has a lifetime warranty. If anyone needs a place to have their phone fixed I would 1 million times over recommend you stop here first! Hopefully I never need their services again but if any friend or family member cracks a screen you better believe I am sending them here.

Wish I would have gone here first before wasting so much time at the Apple Store. I wasnt even able to repair the phone due to water damage but Jose was honest with me. He could have placed a new screen on there to work for a little while to make more money, however he knew it wouldnt be a permanent fix. He even went one step further and was able to somehow manage to backup my wifes iPhone and salvage her photos that I would have been in hot water for losing! Thank you Jose, will definitely be going here for any future phone repairs.

Phenomenal business! I will recommend CPR to anyone needing quick, reliable and friendly service on their phone. My Mom dropped her phone on tile and busted the screen of her Samsung Galaxy S6. CPR was able to repair her phone within an hour and it looks and works like new again. The Manager and repairman were patient, kind, quick and informative. If we ever need cell phone repair again, they will be the first place we contact! You cannot go wrong when choosing them to repair your phone. Kudos to them for being upstanding people.

iPhone issue? Take it to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Mckinney. No one wants to have to pay to fix a problem with their smart phone. Youve spent a lot of money and dont want to spend more. But, sometimes you need that screen fixed. My experience was exceptional. This business knows whats it doing, the staff was great, and the prices were competitive. Now I dont want to go back anytime soon, but if I need to fix an issue with any of my mobile devices, this is the place Ill go without hesitation.

I paid $55 (more like $65-$70 with taxes) to this place for them to tell me that they couldnt fix my phone. I know its in the fine print but the guy at the desk didnt inform me until after I had swiped my card and signed the receipt when he had more than enough time since I had stopped to skim through the first paragraph but didnt bother reading the rest. My advice is go to batteries and bulbs, they wont charge you a dime unless they know that they can actually do something to help you.

I work nearby and Ms. Shah and an associate came in and introduced themselves and I liked that personal touch. I didnt need their service until I did and then I needed it bad. I found the experience to be fast, easy, and affordable (though not so much as not breaking your screen in the first place!) Ms. Shah was polite, professional, and knowledgable. The experience was as terrific as it could be under the circumstances. I fear that they havent seen the last of me.

I love CPR!! They are my favorite phone repair place ever! I am a very accident prone person with my phone, and have been to many places but they are the best! The employees are very helpful, super courteous, and incredibly fast! Most of my repairs are done in less than 30 minutes always as a walk in. I am super impressed with them and will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know! Whatever your cell phone problem they can fix it!

Fixed my Samsung Note5 today - bottom microphone problem. Fully explained the risks when fixing this part on this particular phone (possible to break the screen). With that I agreed and it was fixed in about 1 hour. The person working on my phone explained the few "paint chips" that occurred when I was checking out. Not an issue at all and I wouldnt have even noticed if he didnt say. Basically very clear communication and I appreciate the quality work.

I had a very bad screen crack on my Galaxy S5 and went to Sprint to see about a replacement. They recommended CPR around the corner. When I came in, the staff was friendly and gave a fair price for replacing the screen. It took them about 45 minutes to complete. Overall, they were friendly and knowledgeable about my phone. I would recommend this place for phone repairs.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The owner is the nicest lady you will ever meet and gave me the best customer service I have seriously ever had at any establishment. She was so knowledgeable and professional. She fixed my cracked iPhone in about 30 minutes and treated my phone as if it were her own. I highly recommend CPR if you need a repair!
