I used to work for AT&T some time ago. Im very glad to see that theyre worth work ethic hasnt changed. The whole store acts as a team to help you solve whatever problem is there. There is usually a 10 to 15 minute wait on the weekends but thats what happens when you have the best store in town. They have plenty equipment in stock. Theres usually some kind of sale on equipment just coming out or that has run its course and the market. But its all high-quality stuff from manufacturers that you know and trust. Every staff member leaves worked with over the past six years has been helpful, knowledgeable, and looking out for our best interest.

I went in to ask some basic questions cuz Im trying to get off of my parents plan and the lady I believe her name was Maria, she basically said that I could ask these questions by calling the at&t customer service and me asking these questions was a waste of her time. And I know I could have called but I was right by the store and went inside to see my options. I dont ever think I should be told to ask questions on the phones when I am already IN the store. Worst service ever.

I went to this store this morning to buy a phone. Joshua met me at the door to assist. I learned absolutely nothing about what it would take for me to get a new phone, how much they cost, or ATT has to offer. First time I have been rushed out of a store, especially telling them I was a buyer. I will try the Mesquite store or any other store before I will go back to this one.

Staff said things that werent true we had already talked to ATT and was told to go get a sim card and could activate it at home for a disabled lady. We were turned away by staff at this store because they claimed to have to activate the card in store. NOT TRUE just re-verified with ATT online. GET IT STRAIGHT FOLKS... Wasting time for people is uncool.

I purchased a I Phone 6S plus from apple direct. I called apple to get the phone set up, however, it didnt come with a Sim card. I took it in to the At&t store and was greeted by the manager. He was very helpful. Transferred all of my contacts as well as photos. I couldnt have been more pleased!

My girlfriend bought a new case for her phone and they installed it without the screen protector that came with it and when we came back to get the screen protector they said there was nothing they could do for us then I called customer support and they told me I had to go to the store.

I have stopped by this store that is near my home three times, each time they are not very nice, helpful, or seem to have a desire to keep their long-time customers. I will not be using them again, and may switch from ATT after years of being with thime.
