If you want to get ripped off multiple times without thinking twice then Verizon is the way to go. Let me share not only mine but my husbands (who is currently active in the military) experience with yall. Sorry I cant post the entire situation of what my husband and I been through but this is the major issue. Att told us that we should receive a final bill in the mail from Verizon. Which we did and was also a headache to switch ( if you ever switch from Verizon to a different phone company tell them you want the detailed itemize bill. This will speed the process up outrageously ) Our final bill was over $1,000 from Verizon. Att said they will basically help us out with our bill and send a card in the mail and will take a while to get the card however we would need to pay Verizon in the meantime so our credit would not get screwed up. So my husband and I again went back to Verizon. Spoke to a different employee. At this time we were no longer customers with Verizon and could not access anything. The employee was not able to access our information unless we given our social. So we did, and paid $200 on our final bill. The employee In the store states that we could call the finical service and they would probably help us set up a payment plan so our credit would not go to collections. So we contacted them we spoke to a gentleman. Got all of his information down. Anyways i told my husband that I did not want them to automatically take the money out of our bank. The gentleman states that we would be able to contact them and make payments to them and would not screw our credit up as long as we make payments every 2 weeks of $100. We all three agreed to this accord . 2 weeks later came and our bill was due to make $100.00 on the bill. This time we spoke to a lady on the phone. She seemed as if we were not able to make this agreement and we would have to pay the entire bill. However she eventually just let us pay our 100.00 on the time it was due. Two to three days later. My husband and I do not have a lot of money we are newly weds and trying to get by. At this time my husband did not have any food and we had just paid all of our bills so we barely had any money to our name. What little money we did have we were WERE going to get food so he can eat the next couple weeks. When I look into our bank account I had noticed that almost $900.00 yes $900.00 dollars was taken out of our account from VERIZON! We were now NEGATIVE $600.00 dollars in our account. We did not agree to this they did this behind our back and stole yes STOLE FROM AN ACTIVE SOLDIER IN THE MILITARY that is starving now because of Verizon being selfish and greedy!!! This infuriated me so much that it made me sick to my stomach literally. I have health issues and not only do a work full time with one day off going to the hospital barely getting by my husband and I have to deal with this whole different issue. Great! We contacted Verizon Financial service spoke to the manager told him what happened and he basically says " sorry this happens to you but you need to contact your bank and say its fraud." The manager didnt even take responsibility of his employees below him! Long story short. We did contact our bank and got the situation under control and received our money back once again. So yes if you want to continue your service with Verizon who does not care if they take one penny or thousands of pennies that do not belong to them and steal from there own military that protects these same people that I had mentioned above. That gives them there freedom to be able to sleep at night. Be my guest. But this is the last time that my husband and I get screwed over from Verizon. We will no longer have any connection with Verizon ever again.

Copy/pasting from my Yelp review. Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in to purchase a car charger tonight and 1 of the 2 reps was setting up a new phone for a customer. The 2nd rep just sat in a chair staring at her phone having a personal conversation with the 1st rep while the initial customer waited impatiently. After waiting in the "line" (literally only 2 customers, myself and the initial customer) for 10 minutes I asked if they could take care of 2 customers at the same time (considering 1 rep was doing absolutely nothing this seemed like a reasonable request). The 1st rep only said "uhhhh one second" and took a phone call aiding the initial customer. The 2nd rep did not acknowledge the question at all and just continued to sit and stare at her phone. After waiting another 5 minutes to see if ANY of the reps would help, I simply walked out of the store without the merchandise I needed. Lose lose. Dont expect any decent service from this store and avoid it at all costs when Juan and the lazy young girl (too bad I never got her name) are working. Drove all the way to the Verizon at Firewheel location and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with only ONE rep working.

The person below me Shelby well you need to first get your facts straight. First off it was one rep handling 2 customers and the girl your are referring 2 was a customer you idiot. I was there and I go to this store all the time. You really through a tantrum for nothing. Seems you have no life considering you wrote a novel. I am a regular customer. Juan is the best service Ive ever had 5stars. If anyone needs good deals great customer service go to juan

Juan Ponce was truly the best customer representative that helped me start my Galaxy S6 Edge. He kindly walked me through the phone, hooked me up with a tablet and gave me his full undivided attention. We need more people like Juan in the workforce! 5 stars and definitely coming back and recommending friend/family to this place! Keep doing what youre doing Juan! See you soon!

Antanio S. Was very helpful and patient. He stayed an hour late and made sure everything was perfect. I was with sprint and he made me feel great about the transfer and Verizons great coverage and plans. I had to straight from work and was muddy and stinky (I work for a tiger rescue) he wasnt frustrated about the mess or havent to stay late. Great place

One of the best Verizon Wireless stores I have ever been to....great service from Brad, hes been working at that location for a long time and is very knowledgeable and doesnt screw you over...I would highly recommend this store as I receive way better customer service there...

Awesome experience at this location. Was having issues with my email on my att phone and Louis was kind enough to help me with it for two days. I gave up the second day and brought my number over to Verizon. Come see Louis and his team
