Came here twice. The first time a gentlemen helped my wife and I get added onto her familys existing plan. Got me set up with the new iPhone 6s Plus. He was very helpful and explained everything to us. This guy was not a problem at all. Since my new phone was going to get shipped to our home, they gave me a loaner phone. I of course returned to give the phone back this past Saturday and Alexis was the rep that approached us. I told her that I had to return the loaner phone and had a question about why my account was charged a $65 upgrade fee when the guy a week ago told me that we werent going to be charged. Alexis immediately advised that they didnt charge upgrade fees. Well, that is understandable but why would my bank account specifically say there was an upgrade charge withdrawn from the account? She took our bag with the loaner phone and receipt to process the phone back into their system and took a look as to why I was charged. Alexis couldnt find anything as to why I was charged, but kept questioning us about whether we went to a different tmobile store, which we did not. She asked other questions and once again advised that they dont charge for upgrades. I showed her my statement from my phone as I had access via an app. Not sure when this happened, but the rep rolled her eyes gave my wife and I a sassy response to certain statements. We just wanted to know why the charge was there as we did not receive any kind of statement or receipt that showed that charge at the time we paid for my phone. Alexis and another rep looked into the matter more and realized that the charge was the taxes that needed to be paid upfront when purchasing a new phone. Ok...now was that hard to explain to us? We just wanted an answer to our question. We didnt walk into the store that day, guns blazing demanding our money back; we just wanted an answer. We are law abiding citizens who pay their taxes. Alexis then advised that we should have received a receipt of some sort via email or with the phone. Well, she was incorrect as the box the phone in did not have a receipt showing that $65 was charged nor did the emails I received from tmobile in the past week show any sort of receipt. I moved over ATT because of the deals and pricing of tmobile. Service was a lot better with ATT, but I guess I get what I paid for; mediocre phone service with mediocre, sassy customer service.

Ive been a T-mobile customer for over a decade and have spent an average of $200 a month for this period of time. Thats over $24,000. I have never returned anything, but I was treated like a common theif and refused service at this store by Employee Aurolio and Manager Anthony while attempting to return an accessory that quit working after 25 days. They had a record of the purchase on this item yet had no intention of making things right. It was obvious that they had prejudged me from the time that I said why I was there. They made bad judgment calls based on their imagination rather than the facts in my account. I called the T-mobile corporate office when I got home and the representative apologized profusely and credited our account for the amount of the item. She said the manager should have called the corporate office to credit my account. She also confirmed that the 14 day return policy is for working items that someone decides they dont want, NOT items that we intended to keep but QUIT working in less than an month. The local stores ARE supposed to fix that. And she found the fact that Anthony referred us to Sony for a $30 item ridiculous. Call it lazy, or Call it stupid, or Call it mean, or Call it stubborn... Or some people just work harder at not working than just actually helping someone. I dont know the root cause of their stonewalling but whatever the reason, its not what good employees do. Careless people who make assumptions by filling in the blanks with their imagination based on their past experiences are what is wrong with this world, and I am actually disgusted by them and it upsets me when it is done both to others and myself. Investigate the facts BEFORE you make a judgment (dont prejudge) and do whatever is in your power to help people and you will make this world a better place rather than the opposite. The negative attitude of an establishment toward its customers comes from the management. I wont be back to this store.

I used to never have a problem with this store, until I came across one of the workers, Nathan. He talks to you pretty condescendingly and his attitude was really ticking me off. I dont know what his problem is, but his customer service made me want to never go back to that store ever again. He told me that I couldnt unblock my phone when I could (T-Mobile representative OVER THE PHONE was more helpful than he ever was). He also made me purchase a BRAND NEW sim card, which, when I asked the NICE HELPFUL representative lady about, said that was NOT necessary. Wasted $20 for no reason, but I dont even want to go back to get my refund. I hope I never have to deal with him ever again.

I went to this store a few months ago and Im getting bills for a phone I did not purchase. I talked to customer service and they said I did not owe any money and they would make sure that this account was cancelled! Well ever since then Im still receiving bills which show either I dont owe anything or I have a credit. These people set up an account which I dont even have a phone! This has been a nightmare. I will never purchase a phone from T mobile! I cant seem to get them to stop sending me a bill for something I did not purchase.....

I am always satisfied with every visit when I come to this location. Its a small store but this store has been around for quite a while, this is a corporate location. Dont let the size of the store fool you, this store really has very knowledgeable sales reps. All the sales reps who work at this location are very helpful and always answer all my questions or concerns. I highly recommend that you come to this location and experience what customer service is!

They made me wait an hour and let someone else that was in line after me go first. This made me late for a bus I had to catch to Austin. While looking at my iPhone 5 they also DROPPED IT ON THE GROUND and scratched it. Thinking I didnt see it, they denied it. They are very unprofessional and very rude. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Definitely one of the worst Ive been to. If youre not buying a phone they completely ignore you if you have questions for starters. I bought a screen protector here too, and this is the only store Ive ever been to where they didnt even offer to help me put it on. Just a bunch of kids looking to make a sale.
